I really liked the theme I heard a few days back, nice mix of heavy sci-fi and superhero like the movie.

So, the review embargo by Fox for this movie won't be lifted for on line until a couple of days before and on print the day of the release. Never a good sign when you want to sucker people into buying advance tickets before the stench spreads.

X Men Franchise has been better than the Avengers franchise.

DOFP 91% on RT

AOU 74% on RT

"Deadpool does looks cool though"

Have you seen the ESPN commercial for Mission Impossible? Chris Paul is actually pretty funny in it.

"Anyone who uses RT to legitimize their opinion is a f***ing idiot."

K.

"They're not even lifting the review embargo for this movie until the day BEFORE it releases. Tells you how much faith Fox really has in this shitshow."

Then you use reviews to legitimize your opinion....

Like Rotten Tomatoes is anything but shitty opinions.ANYTHING but a reliable source.Box Office gross is more accurate than RT,if a flick sucks people see it once (or not at all....),if its entertaining people see it alot

Phillip Glass is dope, but seriously...who buys soundtracks anymore? (Excluding my wife buying Tron2's pretty cool soundtrack)

And I not a "Marvel Fan",I've actually read mostly DC for the last 30 years,I just enjoy good comics regardless of the company

@OrionPax There are plenty of fantastic movies that audiences don't flock to, because the general movie going population is stupid, and vapid.

@TheParkRanger

actually i'm not Marvelite (Phase 2 was medicore) but ...

I'm not fully aware how RT works but seeing people relaying on how much percent the movie got makes me cringe. DOFP may get 91% and it's still 6/10 for me.
AoU is 74 but it's still 6/10 for me. Also ... the movie may have like 50% score and there is still a chance i will like it better than AOU or DOFP. Also ... i stopped even checking imdb ... also ... the comic book movies (just like 80's or 90's action movies) have a tendency of not standing the test of time. You need to see the movie like once in two years to see if it's still good. Sometimes people are relaying just on nostalgia. The score on RT is probably one time score. Whoever vote - i don't think they are changing their scores after two or four years once they rewatch the movie and feel it wasn't that good.

jerryblake - 7/30/2015, 10:03 AM
Also ... you can give a movie that you hate like 3/10 and 4 years from now after rewatching a thought may come "hey, it wasn't that bad"

Philip Glass. Minimalist composing at its most minimal.
This soundtrack (like all of Philip Glass's stuff) is likely to highly annoy me.
If I needed one more reason to hate Josh Trank, I have one. He likes Philip Glass.
