Just last Wednesday, Starburst Magazine revealed an interview excerpt with Chris Wells, special effects supervisor of Hydraulx, who've contributed to films such as Captain America: The First Avenger, the X-Men franchise, and Marvel's Joss Whedon-directed flick The Avengers; the highlight of the interview.
Anyhow, during the interview Wells praised a rough cut of the film, it's opening sequence, which his Hydraulx team worked on, and he also debunked rumors that Captain America foe 'Red Skull' would be appearing in the summer blockbuster. Well, according to Looper helmer Rian Johnson, it seems that debunk cost Wells his job.
