While only two episodes of Agent Carter have premiered so far, James D'Arcy has already made a big impact on the show. His Edwin Jarvis makes for a great supporting character, providing plenty of comic relief. He recently sat down with the good people at Entertainment Weekly to speak about his relationship with Howard Stark. He said, “Howard did something for him that had an enormous [impact] in both his life and his wife’s life. As a result of that, I think Jarvis feels extremely loyal towards somebody of, let’s face it, questionable morality.” D’Arcy’s remarks seem to indicate that Stark has done something unethical that has not yet been revealed. In all likelihood, Peggy Carter will discover this in a future episode. What do you think of D’Arcy’s remarks? Do you think Stark has done something truly horrible? Sound off in the comments!

I really like him as Jarvis. I wish this version of Jarvis is somehow related to Phineas Horton's Human Torch body (aka Jim Hammond) from Captain America:TFA.

Maybe the real Jarvis was dying, then Stark furthered Horton's work to extend his life, and eventually that body is upgraded and appears in Age of Ultron as the Vision.

It's a stretch, I know.

@ChisPoult: I just like the actor's portrayal and noticed a resemblance to Paul Bettany's portrayal of J.A.R.V.I.S. and a physical similarity to Vision. This is merely the musings of a fan, dude. Your childhood is still intact.

I wrote "I wish", followed by "it's a stretch" to clarify that I was not attempting to speak authoritatively on Marvel's plans. Marvel has you for that, apparently.

But congratulations for finding something to sh*t on so you can feel manly and validated.
