Latest Black Cat Rumor: Julia Stiles!

Well, I guess we should have known this would happen. After Rachel McAdams debunked any link between herself and the feisty feline, the news sites have moved on to Julia Stiles..
UGO is reporting that the Bourne/Save The Last Dance actress has met with the Spider Man 4 film folk to discuss a part in the fourth installment. They don't say how/where they came upon this info, they simply say...

"UGO has learned that Julia Stiles has met with a casting company in New York to discuss the upcoming Spider Man 4!"

They then go on to link her with Black Cat for obvious reasons.




Rorschach01: In my opinion, we should treat this as complete "balls" until further notice...but, just keeping you up to date with the ongoing saga of..."Is the Black Cat in the f***ing movie or not?" :)

If by some miracle this turns out to be true, I have to say out of the 3 ladies that have been linked with the part, Stiles seems all wrong to me. She's a decent actress but not for the part of Black Cat imo. What do you think?

I don't like Hathaway or Stiles for this role. Stiles sounds like Dr. Girlfriend, and though I like that first shot of her, she isn't really well stacked.

Bad choice for Black Cat. Black Cat is supposed to be super-sexy. Sexy enough to make Spider-Man think about cheating on his supermodel wife with her (back when they were married). Of course, it won't hard to find someone hotter than Kirsten Dunst, but I still think we need a much more attractive woman to portray Black Cat.

I don't f**king think so. While Julia is a very talented actress, she is also known for NOT playing sexy and provocative stereotypical roles, which has served her well. She's far from looking or embodying the role of Black Cat. I'd rather see her in another Bourne movie than a Spiderman movie.
