So far my ONLY complaint with the game is that they've waited until the last game to change the look of so many characters. You can improve them graphically without making them look like completely new characters. Other than that, everything looks amazing

I think I liked the Alfred from Arkham Origin's look better, as that felt slightly closer to the Animated Series look. Maybe if they added a mustache I wouldn't have minded as much.

Most of the models dont look that great. Or at least not as great as the models in previous games. Not sure why they needed to overhaul the looks of the characters.

Michael Caine is the real Alfred for me, one of the best casting choises ever, just like J.K. Simmons as Jonah J. Jameson, or RdJ as Iron-Man.
