Recently was released the first regular TV Spot (excluding super bowl ones) of Marc Webb's THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2! This spot is airing in Latin America like every 10 mins on sony channel so its not fake!

UPDATE: I live in Latin America, and this spot is airing every 10 min in Sony, and the sound quality is WAY better but is the same spot so its not fake.

In The Amazing Spider-Man™ 2, for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.

To put a embedded video from Youtube all you have to do is go to the Youtube video click on the share button underneath the video than click on Embed. From there all you have to do is copy and paste it to your article.

its fake? It shows new scenes like Spidey with the kid and a new angle of Rhino. Seems legit to me.

the quality of gwens voice suggests its fake for one, and for 2 all of it is footage we've seen before, in featurettes and in the superbowl spot and the enimies unite sizzle reel, so yeah, clearly a fan made trailer

where have we seen spidey walking with the kid down that alley at 0:32? Also I dont remember that single shot of Spidey in Times Square at 0:13 in any other trailer.

Also for the record. A TV Spot doesn't necessarily need to show all new footage. I quickly looked at the person Youtube page and it seems like he/she only posts legit clips.

1. 40 seconds long, spots are never that length.
2. No sound effects, just plain music -- never happens in a spot.

4. One line in spot (unusual) has background noise.
