That world had some massive leap in technology between King Of The Monsters and Godzilla vs kong

@dracula - how Apex managed to built all that tech could've explained a little better. It's all "illuminati shit" didn't work for me

Sounds like made the right choices in the design process. I like the design, no need to make it more complicated than necessary

@tylerzero - that's exactly what it shouldn't look like. Overdesigned and messy

Ooof, glad I didn't pay to see this in a theatre. Can't believe they went from a somewhat grounded take in Gareth Edwards' movie, to... this.

It was too skinny, and this explains why.

He was fighting Chunk-Villa and it just looked off that Mecha-Chunk-Villa wasn't Chunky... instead it looked way skinnier and lankier. . . loosing the wow/cool factor and looking way more like a Bay-Former. . . womp womp, should have studied the old designs more and not been watching Terminator. . . not the same thing.

I liked the new design. Looked really skeletal.

There should have been more Mechagodzilla in the movie.

And he was acting like a terminator indeed, SOB was punching ma boy like a pimp who was owed money lol

Loved the design, loved the movie. Really like how the Monsterverse has had the same transition as the Toho classics, from a more serious take to full Kaiju extravaganza, it was meant to happen at some point, and I love how Legendary is embracing it instead of shying away from it, with all the respect and honor Godzilla deserves as well as for having a different take on Kong while keeping it classic. Really hope the Monsterverse continues, and takes advantage of HBOmax to create more content ( like Marvel Studios is doing) whether that be live action or animated, there's so much more for The Monsterverse to give and I'll be here for all of that.
