Here's The CinemaScore Earned By Marvel's AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Over The Weekend

Marvel Studios has had quite the streak when it comes to CinemaScore ratings but how did Avengers: Infinity War do after all those massive twists and turns? You can find out all the latest after the jump.

If you've seen Avengers: Infinity War, you'll no doubt realise why some critics have said it could be as divisive as Star Wars: The Last Jedi. However, it doesn't appear as if Marvel Studios' latest movie needs to worry about any sort of backlash because it earned an impressive "A" CinemaScore from moviegoers this weekend. That points to word of mouth being positive which will no doubt pay off in a lot of ways.

How? Well, repeat viewings and people recommending Avengers: Infinity War to friends will have a significant impact at the box office and after that record-breaking weekend, it appears as if the sky may be the limit for this movie. It's the 15th release from Marvel Studios to earn an "A," while three others gained a solid "A-." The only one to fall out of that bracket is 2011's THOR with a still great "B+."

Marvel is now on a streak which has seen its past eleven movies score "A" or better. That's an amazing feat and one which is seemingly unlikely to end for a while. How would you rate Avengers: Infinity War? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts on this news in the comments section below.

What, they don't give an A+

@Prime8 - To a movie were half of the heroes died? Were Spider-Man begged for his life before turning into dust? You expected an A+ from the general audience after that??

@Prime8 - they should, to mark pure excellence. I loved Thor Rafnarok but it’s nowhere close in terms of quality to Infinity War. And they’re both A. But it’s universally acclaimed, no one can dispute that.

The RT critics however, despite its high score, some try to give it a rotten score as clickbait. One actually argues that it should make a political statement, lol. What a [frick]ing idiot.

@nikoar - That's a very good point. They ask people for CinemaScore literally as they're walking out the door. These are people who just watched that ending.

@nikoar - well, dr strange did say that it was the only way before he died. so people should chill. also, it was a [frick]ing awesome movie. marvel did a great job. the only thing for me was, laughing at jokes when 5 minutes earlier loki and heimdall died.

But we got a population control narrative, a reverse (sort of) rapture and the soul stone scene was beautifully sad.

This, is by far my favorite marvel movie to date. ending and all
