COMICS: Marvel Teases A New CAPTAIN AMERICA-Centric SECRET EMPIRE Event For 2017
Now that Civil War 2 has wrapped-up, Marvel has released a teaser image for their next big crossover event, and it looks like Captain America (Steve Rogers) is going to be the main focus. Take a look...
It looks like Marvel Comics' next big event will revolve around the eeeevil Captain America, Steve Rogers. The creative team and exact release date for Secret Empire are still under wraps, but the teaser image below was accompanied by a quote from Abraham Lincoln: “A House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand.”
Fans were aghast when it was revealed that Rogers was actually a secret HYDRA agent early last year, but Nick Spencer and Jesus Saiz’s Captain America: Steve Rogers ongoing series has actually proved to be pretty popular.
Will this event see Cap become a hero again, or fully embrace his new destiny as a villain? Keep an eye on CBM for updates.
