I haven't watched these. Let me get this straight, Laurie has a grand daughter and daughter in these? In this one the daughter dies but the grand daughter is still alive?

So the next movie will be Laurie and the grand daughter VS Michael?

So they turned Michael Myers into Jason Voorhees…………AGAIN…

All that fantastic story they built up with the 2018 reset just thrown out the window…

@AmazingFILMporg - I have the 4.99 service for the WWE shows. I can watch the Halloween Kills for free. I checked this morning and was watching for free. No additional charges.

I didn't read it, but why this dude Hamilton Parker spoiling movies before they even come out now? First Bond and then Halloween. Next will surely be NWH like a madman

@JFerguson - they've done that always on this site when a film released.

Ah, so I see we're on the path toward yet another HALLOWEEN reboot to fix previous missteps.
Blergh
Blergh - 10/15/2021, 9:50 AM
@NoAssemblyReqd -
- Halloween - Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers

- Halloween 1/2 - H20/Resurrection

- Rob Zombie's Halloween 1&2

- Halloween - Halloween 2018/Kills/Ends

I guess the next step is probably a full on reboot again. Although I wouldn't mind then continuing with the original continuity and have Paul Rudd return
NoAssemblyReqd
NoAssemblyReqd - 10/20/2021, 7:54 AM
@Blergh - The next movie should have all the branching timelines converge, leading to a paradox that ends everything: HALLOWEEN DESTROYS THE UNIVERSE.
Blergh
Blergh - 10/15/2021, 9:46 AM
Note: in the original continuity he was considered immortal and supernatural by the filmmakers since part 4,got hinted at as a supernatural being in part 5 and revealed as supernatural in part 6.
The supernatural context was retconnend for H20 and Resurrection again.
So I have zero issues with us moving to a 'The Haunting of Michael Myers' direction.

SonOfAGif - 10/15/2021, 9:51 AM
@Blergh - Which is arguably the worst parts of the Halloween franchise. H20 and Halloween (2018) fixed that evil supernatural being b/s only for them to explore it again. It's silly. Michael isnt Jason.
Blergh
Blergh - 10/15/2021, 9:54 AM
@SonOfAGif - Personally I like the ghostly aspect of Michael. Moreso than Jason's zombie essence, although I would have LOVED to see them pursue the 'Jason is a Deadite' plot from 'Jason Goes to Hell'.

AmazingFILMporg - 10/15/2021, 9:57 AM
@SonOfAGif -

But the original had him shot 6 times🤔
