JUSTICE LEAGUE: Get Up Close And Personal With Batman's New Tactical Costume

Hot Toys has unveiled their Tactical Batman 1/6th scale figure for Justice League and it gives us our best look yet at the Dark Knight's new costume. Oh, and yes, those goggles do actually come off...

Batman is going to be rocking a very cool new costume in Justice League and thanks to Hot Toys we have a close up look at his Tactical Batsuit. The figure showcases the never-before-seen Tactical Batsuit with visible upgrades and features a masked head sculpt, 3 interchangeable eye pieces and 3 lower faces capturing Ben Affleck’s facial expressions, 2 interchangeable goggles, a newly developed body, intricately detailed Tactical Batsuit, an array of gadgets, and a specially designed Justice League stand.

A Special Edition will be available for selected markets which includes an additional Human Mother Box as bonus accessory but even just the regular version is going to a must-have as it's so damn cool!

Since this Tactical Batsuit was first revealed, many fans have found fault with the goggles which make the Caped Crusader look a lot more like Watchmen's Night-Owl than Gotham City's protector. Well, as you can see below, they come off so we're probably going to see the hero ditch them at some point.

What do you guys think of this Batman action figure and the Tactical Batsuit? Sound off below.

@Jaspion - I prefer this except the goggles and the ears. Dont know why they wont just give him cloudy contacts ridic style or have the cowl overlay detective vision making his eyes look white from the outside

I still don't know what to think of the goggles. To me, I think if Batman wanted eye protection he would have retractable lenses built into the cowl that would slide down just like the sonar lenses did in The Dark Knight. In fact, the cowl that Alfred was seen working on in Batman v Superman had retractable lenses and in one of the extras on the blu ray, the costume designer even talks about them. I wonder if they decided not to use them as they'd already been done in The Dark Knight?

Love the suit, dislike the goggles and one of his faces looks nothing like affleck. The one showing his teeth.

It's just a new cowl and armor platest over his suit not a new batsuit

The suit is cool! Very reminiscent of the Arkham suits. Still not sold on the Owl-Man goggles

@Bokis - Agreed! Reminds me of the Arkham Origins suit, which I always thought looked like the Dark Knight suit but done way better. The goggles aren't the best thing, but we might get used to it.

@Termin8er - The arkham suits really look like armor, something we haven't really seen on the big screen yet. The goggles look odd but at least they don't look generic
