@MCUKnight11 - Why not? Superman has pretty much the longest history of books and he's been floundering on the silver screen.

Edit: To also point out that characters like Loki and Peacemaker on the other hand, who have very little in the way of solo or series, are doing pretty well.

No one really cares about the source material.

Stop enabling these movies to happen. Don’t give them your money. They don’t deserve it. These are the most blatantly lazy, bottom of the barrel movies going right now, and they don’t deserve the support of anybody. And I know; there’s always gonna be douchebags who are like “[frick] you, I’m gonna go see Morbius and Kraven and you can’t stop me!” Alright, just do one favor for me: don’t pay for it. Steal it. Sneak into the theater. Get a bootleg from somebody. Watch it on a bootleg site. But for God’s sake, do NOT give these people your money. Because you know what happens if you do? They’re gonna keep making more and more of these pieces of crap, and eventually it’s gonna worm it’s way into the MCU for good. And NOBODY wants that.
