All I wanna know as far as spoilers is this, if anyone can answer this without getting into too much detail... is there a Sixth villain? Was this a version of the Sinister 6? And if so, who was the 6th member?

Can't believe this is how we are getting Venom in the MCU, it's so f*cking souless and we all know why.

Both parties (Marvel Studios and Sony) want their cake and want to eat it too.

I still remember when Spider-man 3 came out, people were bitching over the fact that Venom conveniently dropped near Peter, now i really want to see the mental gymnastics everyone's gonna pull in order to get that lil piece of Venom from that bar to Peter, lel, how forced is THAT gonna be, kinda like MJ Watson i reckon? :P

Serisouly, how f*cked it is that there is no Oscorp or Osborne in the MCU?
That they could be making Secret Wars down the line but instead of introducing their own Venom in that movie and maybe playing with the concept of variants, something they have already introduced, they are stuck with Sony's Venom?

The absolute f*cking state of Sony's curse.

@Doomsday8888 - as I said in another article I don't mind having no Oscorp if they immediately move onto the Dark Reign storyline after Secret Invasion.

As for Venom, I'm kinda expecting an Agent Venom now

This was the only part of the film I wasn't happy about. Doesn't make any sense to bring Venom in only to kick him out of the MCU again. Literally what was the point? I thought it was that he would fight Holland. But now he's kicked out again what was it for? To have the symbiote in the MCU? Big deal, you could've just had it crash on a space ship hull like normal and be done with it in 5 minutes.

Also, why was Venom even brought in?? Because he didn't know Peter was Spider-Man. So how does it even make any sense? It just doesn't pay off the great clifhanger from Venom 2.

@Nightwing1015 - Nah I get it, they're playing the long game. This way, they can do the black suit right for Holland.

He'll either get it for a while in the MCU, or get it during the (definitely happening) Secret Wars film - which would be cool IMO.

THAT way, next time they cross multiversal paths, Venom has a reason to want to fight/beat Holland (be whole again) OR we get a traditionally evil Venom in the MCU that Sony Venom has to team up with Holland to beat.
