Margot Robbie (The Wolf Of Wall Street) is having quite the year. She's already starred alongside 2x Golden Globe-winner Tina Fey in Whiskey Tango Foxtrot and has not one, but two big-budget films releasing this summer: Suicide Squad & The Legend Of Tarzan, both of which will feature her bringing two iconic characters to life. The former will see her as the fan favorite Harley Quinn, a role that has already generated quite a bit of buzz, and the latter will see her as Jane, the wife of the legendary Tarzan.
The film, which was helmed by David Yates (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) will star Alexandar Skarsgård (True Blood) as the titular hero will hit theaters on July 1. Warner Bros. has released a thrilling IMAX trailer that begins by further exploring Tarzan's origin before taking us through an epic reel that teases the battle between humans and nature. It has been years since the man once known as Tarzan (Skarsgård) left the jungles of Africa behind for a gentrified life as John Clayton III, Lord Greystoke, with his beloved wife, Jane (Robbie) at his side. Now, he has been invited back to the Congo to serve as a trade emissary of Parliament, unaware that he is a pawn in a deadly convergence of greed and revenge, masterminded by the Belgian, Captain Leon Rom (Waltz). But those behind the murderous plot have no idea what they are about to unleash.
