Scarlett Johansson's Major Takes Aim In Two More Teasers For GHOST IN THE SHELL
Following the debut of three brief teasers for Paramount's live-action adaptation of Ghost in the Shell, the studio has now released two more featuring Scarlett Johansson and Takeshi Kitano...
Following the release of those teasers during the season two finale of Mr. Robot, Paramount Pictures has now unveiled two more (and they're arguably the best ones yet). The first features a worried looking Aramaki (Takeshi Kitano) as he fires off a round from his revolver, while the second offers up yet another look at The Major (Scarlett Johansson) as she approaches a strange looking group of men.
What do these mean? That's a question die hard fans of the anime can answer, but you'd best believe that the trailer is now probably right around the corner. With any luck, an announcement will follow.
Ghost in the Shell stars Scarlett Johansson, Pilou Asbaek, Takeshi Kitano, Juliette Binoche, and Michael Pitt. Directed by Rupert Sanders, the movie is currently set to be released on March 31st, next year.
