One of the reasons this season has been so great is because of her absence. Her little sidestory with Dollmaker was pointless. It was completely independant from the the rest of the show; didn't involve Gotham or the regular cast. Her purpose of grooming Penguin wad served. Let it go.

Im a few episodes behind but why on gods unholy earth is Fish Mooney back? The best thing to happen to this show was her exiting last season.

No, no, no!!!! How about bringing Jerome back. Between the Penguin and Riddler, adding Jerome on a semi-regular basses would be great. The Penguin and Riddler are great and keep this show watchable. Jerome would add more. Fish, nfw, she was not an interesting part of the show in season one, and has nothing to bring back now.
