Fanboys sending death threats to reviews who disliked a movie they loved is both really stupid and sadly nothing new. Both DC fans and Marvel fans are guilty of this as in 2012, DC fans sent death theats to critics who posted negative reviews on The Dark Knight Rises & Marvel fans did the same thing to those who posted negative reviews for The Avengers. The actions of a few fanboys doesn't meant the entire fanbase act that way but it still is an unfavorable look upon fans. Sadly some fans are back at it more recently.

Meet Clarke Wolfe who works at Nerdist Industries and is also a freelance journalist, actor and Podcast host who was recently attacked on Instagram for disliking Man of Steel.

Ms. Wolfe took to Twitter saying she filed a police report.

Next up, something I'm sure we are all familiar with. Chris Stuckmann posted his own rewrite on how the fight between Batman & Superman should have gone in Batman v Supeman: Dawn of Justice that he wrote as a joke in 20 minutes.

We all had a good laugh at the "Tell that to Zod's snapped neck" line but sadly fans took this serious and Stuckmann made a video responding to fan threats.

To sum up Stuckmann's 26 minute long video, Stuckmann said how some fans attacked him.
Some fans made his wife feels uncomfortable.
And finally some even sent death threats to him.
All because he did a fun little fan fic for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

And now Kristian Harloff, one half of the Schmoes Know, got a death threat.

These acts shouldn't be tolerated or even done all because you disagree agree with someone's opinion. There's a difference between valid criticism and attacking someone because they didn't like what you liked. It's upsetting to see stupid people act like this all because someone didn't like a movie they liked. What are your thoughts? I imagine some of you are like me who are feeling disgusted at this news. Comment below, let me know. Peace.
