At this year's San Diego Comic-Con, fans were finally able to see what Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and The Flash (Ezra Miller) will look like in their iconic suits when they take on Steppenwolf and his army of Parademons in Zack Snyder's Justice League. But before their final looks for that movie were decided upon, the two young heroes were set to sport much darker, battle damaged suits in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Thanks to Ironhead Studios, the artists behind crafting the most iconic suits in comic book movie history, we now have a better look at what the prototype version for Cyborg could have been, and a much more detailed look at The Flash's battle armor, which the hero used to travel through the Speed Force and time to warn Bruce (Ben Affleck) of an impending threat.
The final versions of the Cyborg and The Flash's designs have come a long way since Batman v Superman, and it's clear that Warner Bros. and Geoff Johns' current mission to steer the future DC Films onto more hopeful and optimistic path has dramatically affected the overall look of the characters - but will the change help improve the DC Films themselves? We'll just have to wait and see.
What do you think about Cyborg's prototype suit and The Flash's armored Speed Force suit?
