Did Jeremy Renner Possibly Reveal An Updated Logo For CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR?
We've seen a few photos of Jeremy Renner visiting the Captain America: Civil War set, but today was actually his first day shooting. To commemorate the occasion, Renner shared two BTS snapshots and one of them may have revealed an updated logo for the Marvel epic. Come check it out!
There's no chance Laura Barton could be pleased with Hawkeye cutting his retirement short, right?
After visiting the set of Captain America: Civil War over the past few days, star Jeremy Renner, who played the scene-stealing film-stealing Clint Barton a.k.a. Hawkeye in Avengers: Age Of Ultron, officially suited up today to shoot his first scenes in the Marvel epic. To celebrate the occasion, Renner shared two behind-the-scenes snaps of him on set, one of which may have revealed an updated logo for the movie. Check out his tweets below:
For a quick analysis, I'd say it looks a little less intense when compared to the original logo, which I felt was a more brutally honest take. There hasn't been any official confirmation that this is in fact the new logo, but if it is, it wouldn't necessarily be surprising as Marvel does have a history of altering logos for their films periodically prior to the film's release. The presumed new logo, seen in the picture above, actually looks a little closer to the final logo used for Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
What do you guys think? Do you prefer the original logo or do you like this one better? Sound off with your thoughts below!
Following the events of the Age of Ultron, the collective governments of the world pass an act designed to regulate all superhuman activity. This polarizes opinion amongst the Avengers cause two factions that side with Iron Man (pro registration) or side with Captain America (anti registration) which causes an epic conflict between former allies.
