Exactly two years after his last big screen adventure, Spider-Man made a glorious return in Captain America: Civil War where he promptly stole the show. He'll be back next year in the Jon Watts-directed Spider-Man: Homecoming where he'll throw down with the menacing Vulture amongst other things, including his Homecoming dance! In the meantime, check out this gorgeous piece of art from the Battle of Leipzig as Spidey puts his Star Wars-inspired plan in motion against Paul Rudd's Giant Man.

The piece was originally featured in the Captain America: Civil War - Art of the Movie book, but this is the first time's it's become available online.

“Captain America: Civil War” picks up where “Avengers: Age of Ultron” left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.

Captain America: Civil War features:
Directors: Anthony & Joe Russo
Chris Evans as Steve Rogers/Captain America
Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man
Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow
Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier
Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/Falcon

Such a fantastic piece, I'd hang that in every wall I'd come across.

Giant-Man was really cool in the film, even if it did come out of nowhere with little to no explanation.

Cool scene though.

@PesciGotPepsi - I don't think it needed any more explanation that what it got. It definitely worked. The theater went nuts every time I saw the film.

It actually looked better in the movie.

For me, there is no better movie than Civil War. Easily the best CBM, for me. Yes, something finally beat Superman 1 and 2.

@deanwilkins - The fact that this movie worked so well on so many levels is amazing, I can`t explain the feeling I had watching it, Marvel truly out did themselves. I loves it so much.
