That's right, Doctor Doom has rid himself of his scarred face just like in the original Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars series! We likely won't find out the explanation for that until the final issue of Secret Wars hits (whenever the hell that is), but this sets up a very interesting new status quo for the character in the rebooted Marvel Universe moving forward. The promos for all new all different Marvel feature the new designs for Doom- they look a lot like his Ultimate design (it may be that Ultimate Doom survives Secret Wars) but scarred or not he will be Dooming up shortly.

Also remember when Deadpool lost his scarred face? that still goin on?
