Despite having its budget being substantially lower than your average comic book films, Deadpool shined when it came to introducing the greatest version of Colossus yet. It's pretty safe to say that Tim Miller's background in visual effects came in handy when it came time to create some of best and gory superhero action sequences, and you can see just what it took just to bring Colossus to life in the new featurette below.

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

My only problem with this Colossus was that the character is able to change back and forth between metal and human. Making him completely CGI gets rid of that. A small thing, perhaps, but it kinda annoys me. He was otherwise perfect.

@MattBellissimo - He's Mutant and Proud. Something Mystique clearly isn't.

Loved him. But I was getting a little tired of him pulling his punches against Angel Dust. Should of just uppercut her away from the whole battle.
