This year's Comic-Con issue of Entertainment Weekly is chock-full of goodies for fans that can't wait for the new announcements that will be coming out of Hall H when Marvel Studios takes over, and they've kicked things off with new concept art and details from Scott Derrickson's Doctor Strange. The new artwork showcases the Sorcerer Supreme (Benedict Cumberbatch) having mastered the mystic arts, but will his newfound powers change him for the better?
While speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Cumberbatch explained how Doctor Strange's abrasive personality is quite similar to that of his character Sherlock Holmes from BBC's hit show Sherlock. "These two men are intelligent," said Cumberbatch. "Stephen Strange is a lover, he's a materialist, he's arrogant, but he's got a great sense of humor. There are smatterings of the same colors that Sherlock has, but he's not on the spectrum."
Doctor Strange hits theaters November 4th, 2016.
