Here is my Fan-Cast for the Spiderman universe in the MCU.

First, there are two characters already casted:

Tom Holland as Spiderman
Age: 19
Do I really need to introduce Spiderman? The teenager bitten by a radioactive spider with a huge sense of responsibility is probably the most known character from the MARVEL comics.
Reason of casting: Ask MARVEL Studios, it’s not mine!

Marisa Tomei as May Parker
Age: 50
Aunt May is the last member of Spidey’s family; she’s like a mother to him.
Reason of casting: same as Spidey

Now let’s see MY cast for the others characters:

Sean Bean as Ben Parker
Known from: Game of Thrones, Lord of the rings, Death Race 2
Age: 56
“With great power comes great responsibility”; without uncle Ben, Spiderman would never been what he is. He represents a mentor and a failure to Spidey; probably the biggest one of his history.
Reason of casting: Sean Bean has an incredible talent to die on screen and he has the figure of a mentor (see Ned Stark).

The Burglar: Kirk Acevedo
Known from: Fringe, The Walking dead, Dawn of the planet of the apes
Age: 43
The killer of uncle Ben, the second face of Spiderman’s failure, he is just a random criminal from New York; he has nothing special except with uncle Ben.
Reason of casting: he is mostly the random criminal in TV shows so he perfectly fits with this random criminal.

Chloe Grace Moretz as Gwen Stacy
Known from: Kick-ass, Equalizer, Big Mamma 2
Age: 18
Gwen Stacy is the first love of Parker and her death is his second failure as Spiderman.
I think in the MCU she will be dead for long before the movie (with flashbacks appearances) and Parker hides his secret to Mary Jane to protect her because of it.
Reason of casting: Gwen Stacy is a strong girl, Chloe Grace Moretz shows her as a strong girl in movies (see her as Hit-Girl) but she has more to offer. Other thing: it would be the first real blonde to play Gwen Stacy.

Mark Harmon as Captain George Stacy
Known from: NCIS, Chicago Hope, Coors Beer ads
Age: 63
Captain George Stacy is a strong supporter of Spiderman (instead of the Mark Webb version). He is a classic hero; he dies while saving a child during a fight between Spidey and Octopus.
Reason of Casting: His portrayal of Leroy Jethro Gibbs in NCIS makes him appear like a loyal ally and as a charismatic leader for Police.

Molly C Quinn as Mary Jane Watson
Known from: Castle, A Christmas Carol (Zemeckis version)
Age: 23
Mary Jane Watson is the second love of Parker and the most known one.
Her career as model makes her as a girl with insurance contrasting with the shy Parker.
Reason of casting: She start training acting at 6 with Martin Beck, she knows the life of a young girl becoming an actress, as Mary Jane in fact.

Alicia Vikander as Betty Brant
Known from: Ex Machina, The Man from U.N.C.L.E, Seventh Son
Age: 26
The “Girl Friday” of J.Jonah Jameson had a short relation with Parker. We can imagine a little seducing game with the two in the MCU, the sweet secretary to contrast with the rough Jameson.
Reason of casting: Vikander is the rising actress of the year, for good reasons. In my opinion this character had to be well handled to have a real couple of characters that represents the Bugle with Jameson.

Robert Patrick as J.Jonah Jameson
Known from: Terminator: Judgment Day, X-Files, Gangster Squad
Age: 56
Reason of casting: Hard to pass after J.K Simmons in the role of Jameson but I like this actor (mostly because of his performance as the T1000). He could play a more dramatic Jameson, trying to save the Bugle in the numeric era.

Thomas Brodie Sangster as Harry Osborn
Known from: Game of Thrones, The Maze Runner, Phineas and Ferb
Age: 25
Harry Osborn is Parker’s best friend who became the Green Goblin by legacy weren’t really in good terms with his father (when he is alive).
Reason of casting: He is a solid actor, he can learn a lot for roles (he learned guitar with left hand for Nowhere Boy) and he has the seducing thing of Franco (you can see his massive teen girl fan base) and a bit of the craziness of DeHaan.

Colton Haynes as Flash Thompson
Known from: Arrow, San Andreas, Teen Wolf
Age: 27
Flash Thompson bullies Parker but he is probably the biggest fan of Spidey. This duality is really important because it shows the power of the Spidey suit.
Reason of casting: He has the head for the role of Thompson and has the necessary acting skills for the role (not the hardest of all Spidey’s characters).

Mila Kunis as Felicia Hardy/Black Cat
Known from: Ted, Family Guy, Max Payne
Age: 31
Felicia Hardy follows the steps of his Burglar father and became the Black Cat.; stealing mostly the rich. She is more an ally than an enemy and her fighting skills can makes her a good trainer for spidey.
Reason of casting: Mila Kunis is 31 which would allow her to big seen as a big sister for Spidey (another love-interest would make too much love interest) and a figure to rely on.

Matthew McConaughey as Norman Osborn/Green Goblin
Known from: Interstellar, True Detective, The return of the Texas chainsaw massacre
Age: 45
Norman Osborn is a brilliant businessman without mercy. Oscorp is a major company in the MARVEL universe as Stark Industries. After a accident implying new genetic tech developed in Oscorp, Norman Osborn is enhanced, he is stronger, smarter, faster but he becomes crazy, a second personality forces him to became the Green Goblin.
Reason of casting: There were rumors about his cast as Norman Osborn few weeks ago and I thought it’s a great idea, this is a wonderful actor.

John Malkovich as Adrian Toomes/Vulture
Known from: You really don’t know John Malkovich?
Age: 61
Adrian Toomes is a former engineer who uses his last invention, an electromagnetic jetpack, to live a life of criminal. His suit gives him also extra strength and protection.
Reason of casting: John Malkovich has everything to be a good villain, this age and haircut also matches to the character.

Karl Urban as Flint Marko/Sandman
Known from: Star Trek (2009), Lord of the Rings, Dredd
Age: 43
The poor kid of New York William Baker uses the criminal alias of Flint Marko in a hope of a future redemption of his crimes. After an accident involving nuclear tests, he became Sandman; he can change his form and grow with sand.
Reason of casting: Thomas Haden Church and his Sandman portrayal was the highlight of Spiderman 3 so it’s hard to replace him but I think Karl Urban would make a god Sandman, less desperate than Haden Church version.

Jared Harris as Otto Octavius/ Doc Octopus
Known from: Sherlock Holmes: A game of Shadows, Fringe, Resident evil: Apocalypse
Age: 53
This mad scientist with four extra mechanic arms is a bigger threat that we can believe and his leader abilities allow the creation of the Sinister Six.
Reason of casting: Alfred Molina was a wonderful Octopus, but it wasn’t a real villain; Jared Harris would allow Doc Ock to be a real villain, a crime genius.

Luke Evans as Max Dillon/Electro
Known from: The Hobbit, Fast and Furious 6, The three Musketeers 3-D
Age: 36
Max Dillon received his powers when working on utility pole and became the criminal named Electro. He can manipulate electricity and uses it to strike his enemies.
Reason of casting:  Like Doc Ock, Electro has to be played as real villains, even if Jamie Foxx’s portrayal is way weaker than Molina’s one. Luke Evans can easily handle a villain role.

Liam Hemsworth as Eddie Brock/Venom
Known from:  Hunger Games, Love and Honor, Expendables 2
Age: 25
After losing his wife, his job and with a cancer, Eddie Brock was a journalist in disgrace and wanted to end his life. The symbiote attached to him, Venom was born.
Reason for casting: Liam has the stature for Brock and he has the acting skills to plys Brock.

Clive Owen as Kraven the Hunter
Known from: Sin City, Inside Man, Shoot’Em Up
Age: 50
Sergei Kravinoff is the best hunter in the world. An African sorcerer gave him enhanced speed, strength and senses. He is only motivated by honor in fight.
Reason of casting: Clive Owen is a good actor for Kraven; his portrayal would be very interesting if well directed.

Zachary Quinto as Quentin Beck/Mysterio
Known from: Heroes, Star Trek, Agent 47
Age: 38
Quentin Beck is a master of special effects and uses it to arrest Spiderman for celebrity but Spidey were smarter so Mysterio upgrades his effects and plans to defeat him.

Aiden Gillen as Dmitri Smerdiakov/Chameleon
Known from: Game of Thrones, The Dark Knight Rises, Blitz
Age: 47
Chameleon is the master of disguise, able to imitate everybody so perfectly even the closest won’t make the difference.
Reason of casting: He knows how to play smart and manipulative characters as chameleon.

Vincent Cassel as Cletus Kasady/Carnage
Known from: Ocean’s Twelve, Black Swan, Trance
Age: 48
Cletus Kasady is a psychotic serial killer infected by a new symbiote, making him even more deadly.
Reason of casting: He is a great actor, even more for psychos; his portrayal of Carnage would be amazing.

Jude law as Roderick Kingsley/Hobgoblin
Known from: Artificial intelligence: A.I, Gattaca, Spy
Age: 42
Roderick Kingsley, after finding some of Green Goblin’s equipment creates the hobgoblin, supposed better than the green goblin because of his mental sanity, he is a very dangerous enemy.
Reason for casting: Why not? I think he can truly own this character.

Damian Lewis as Dr Curt Connors/Lizard
Known from: Homeland, Life, Keane
Age: 44
Dr Curt Connors tries to use lizard D.N.A to recover his missing arm but this treatment affect him more than expected, he become a giant humanoid lizard.
Reason of casting: Like Nicholas Brody, Curt Connors is really marked by his transformation (as Brody by his capture); so it’s something Lewis would perfectly handle.

Kevin Bacon as Morbius the living vampire
Known from: The following, Footloose, R.I.P.D
Age: 57
Michael Morbius became a living vampire after an experiment with vampire bats in order to cure his blood illness. Morbius is not a total villain; he tries to fight his new nature and sometimes helps Spiderman.
Reason for casting: Bacon would look great as a vampire, especially as Morbius. There is only one thing; Kevin Bacon exists in the MCU.

Sean Penn as Tony Masters/The Taskmaster
Known from: Mystic River, Harvey Milk, Gunman
Age: 54
This ability to mimic every movement he has seen makes him a deadly opponent and an incredible warrior. Taskmaster is a mercenary hired by lots of organizations, criminal or not, as an assassin or a trainer.
Reason of casting: Imagine how badass would look Sean Penn as Taskmaster,. Sean Penn would also perfectly perform the self-confidence of the character.

Josh Holloway as Mac Gargan/Scorpion
Known from: Lost, intelligence, Sabotage
Age: 45
Former private, Mac Gargan became Scorpion after experiments leaded par Jameson to create an enemy able to best Spiderman.
Reason of casting:  He has the look of a private like Gargan.

Steve Buscemi as Miles Warren/Jackal
Known from: Boardwalk empire, Fargo, Grown ups 2
Age: 57
Miles Warren was a brilliant biochemist, secretly loving Gwen Stacy. When she died he blamed Spiderman and became Jackal, using his knowledge to create clones of Spiderman.
Reason of casting: Buscemi can have a disturbing aspect, which totally matches with the Jackal.

Ethan Hawke as Herman Schultz/Shocker
Known from: White Fang, Training day, The Purge
Age: 44
Herman Schultz is a robber equipped with two sonic gauntlets he uses to break into banks. He isn’t looking for revenge against Spiderman instead of most of Spidey’s enemies.
Reason of casting: He can completely play this pragmatic and badass character.

Adam Baldwin as Aleksei Sytsevich/Rhino
Known from: Full Metal Jacket, Firefly, Chuck
Age: 53
Rhino is the strongest villain in Spidey’s gallery, but he isn’t the smartest, his strength can equal the Hulk and he is nearly invulnerable.
Reason of casting: He is used to bulky characters, more in action than in thought. He would be great as Rhino.

Simon Baker as Abner Jenkins/Beetle
Known from: Mentalist, Margin Call, The Ring Two
Age: 45
As a former mechanic, Abner Jenkins creates his suit and became a mercenary. His armor allows him to fly and is very armed.
Reason of casting: Baker as Beetle would be more talkative, but still focused on mission, he would be classy.

Ron Perlman as Lonnie Thompson Lincoln/Tombstone
Known from: Hellboy, Sons of Anarchy, Season of the Witch
Age: 65
He is albino and his voice is reduced to a murmur but his strength makes him a dangerous gangster.
Reason of casting: Perlman has the look for tombstone and would perfectly play this character.

Ray wise as Joseph Lorenzini/Hammerhead
Known from: Twin Peaks, Robocop, Reaper
Age: 67
30’s gangsters obsess Lorenzini; he adopts their style. His Skull is reinforced with adamantium (can be replaced in the MCU by Vibranium).
Reason of casting: He can totally be Hammerhead with his classic gangster style.

Christopher Walken as Silvio Manfredi/Silvermane
Known from: King of New York, Pulp Fiction, Seven Psychopaths
Age: 72
He is an old Mafiosi trying to cheat death, mostly with cybernetics, he became a cyborg but his human remains are still old and fragile.
Walken would totally nail this character in search for immortality, making him very menacing.

Thanks for reading, or just lokking at the pics or whatever...If you liked it I will probably make new ones.

I do like a lot of castings, just some practical and realistic things I have a problem with,
I don't see Alicia Vikander, who's becoming a huge star, taking such a small role as Betty,
Chloe Moretz is better as more bad ass kick ass characters I think she'd make a better Black Cat in my opinion, I don't see a flirtatious and fun character like Felicia being the "big sister" type and to have a 31 year old Mila Kunis be a love interest for a teenager would be way too creepy.

Mark Harmon as Captain Stacy is amazing, I love this! Milky Quinn would make a good MJ,
And basically I like most of your villain choices

- Even if he's the king of death scenes, Sean Bean feels too underutilized as Ben.
- Regarding Kirk Acevedo as the Burglar, see my critique of Sean Bean as Uncle Ben.
- BobGarlen cast Moretz as Gwen Stacy previously, so I don't have a problem with that choice. Although my choice would be Greer Grammer.
- Even if he was drawn to be an older man in the comics, I like a slightly younger Captain Stacy.
- Well seeing as Molly is developing curves as of late, I'd be down for her as Mary Jane Watson!

- I so second CherryBomb. Vicander is too good for a small role like Betty Brant.
- T.B.S. looks too wiry to play Harry Osborn. Seeing as he's British, I could somehow see him as Nightcrawler perhaps?
- Let's give Haynes a nice CBM role where he's not playing a douchebag. Arrow shown him to be very diverse.
- I'm kinda sick of Mila Kunis. I can take her in Family Guy, but after playing the Wicked Witch in Oz, her voice started to enrage me. And like CherryBomb said, how about someone whose closer to Tom Holland's age? How about Virginia Gardner?

- I'd be down to see McConaughey as Norman Osborn!
- I think Liam Hemsworth would be a little better as Flash Thompson.
- Ah, I see you have my Lizard choice!
- Not alot of people are feeling Sean Penn right now, especially since he's dating Charlize Theron. How about Keanu Reeves? After John Wick, he still had the moves.
- If Josh shaves his head, I wouldn't be against him as Mac Gargan at all.
- I kinda see Alec Baldwin as Cable more than Rhino.
- Tombstone may be albino, but he's still an African-American male, so "Hell No!" to Ron Perlman. My choice remains Christopher Judge.
- We haven't seen Christopher Walken in a long time. He would be a fantastic choice for Silvermane!

I like the cast man.

Dont like the MJ pic, or the massive amounts of star power.

Also, your pic for the burgular plays on AOS.

Some interesting picks.

The standout ones for me are Cassell and Quinto both of whom are great actors. Keep up the good work.
