I’ve given a brief description of their individual powers and a simple
description of some of the actors who are not as well known. This is an
exhaustive list!
I’ve worked a horrendously long time on this, been at it for months, a little
bit at a time, here and there! Unfortunately it’ll probably go down the page
faster than Wolverine can slice up bologna! lol

ALPHA FLIGHT is one of my favorites because it has SASQUATCH in it and he’s one
of my all-time favorite characters for obvious reasons (He’s big and hairy like
me! lol). My friends called me SASQUATCH when I was younger and had long hair
and a beard (I couldn’t run naked through the woods ‘cause I probably would’ve
got shot, I live up here in Bigfoot country north of Seattle! lol)! I wouldn’t
mind playing SASQUATCH in a movie (the creature roll)!

ALPHA FLIGHT (Original Members)
AURORA can fly at super-human speeds, theoretically she can reach 99% of the
speed of light but it possibly wood tear her to shreds. She can generate light
or become a being of pure light herself and the energy can bring inner-peace to
others.
She has disassociative disorder or multiple personality.
NORTHSTAR has much the same powers as his twin sister, AURORA. JEAN-
CLAUDE BEAUBIER was one of the first openly gay superheroes. AURORA &
NORTHSTAR are from Montreal, Quebec.
CHRISTIAN CAMPBELL is NEVE’S real-life brother.
AURORA (JEANNE- MARIE BEAUBIER) – NEVE CAMPBELL
NORTHSTAR (JEAN-CLAUDE BEAUBIER) – CHRISTIAN CAMPBELL
Leader of Alpha Flight after the man he trained to lead the group, WOLVERINE,
left for the X-MEN. He wears powerful battlesuit of his own design. The suit is
a steel-mesh costume that taps into Earth's electromagnetic field for a variety
of effects, most notably allowing Guardian to fly up to Mach-1 and to shoot
beams of concussive force, which were originally intended for the suit's
capability to serve as a digging tool. The suit also amplifies its wearer’s
strength to superhuman levels and forms a personal force field. He’s from
Ontario.
GUARDIAN (JAMES MacDONALD HUDSON) – MATTHEW FOX
EUGENE JUDD originally possessed no superhuman powers, except perhaps for his
magically-induced diminutive height. Later, after having his body condensed
from his original size, by scientific experiments from the Master, Puck
possessed some degree of superhuman strength, speed, and resistance to injury.
He’s an excellent athlete, gymnast, and hand-to-hand combatant. He also
possesses exceptional mental discipline and willpower. PUCK is from Saskatoon.
PUCK (EUGENE JUDD) – PETER DINKLAGE
In his SASQUATCH form Langkowski possesses vast superhuman strength and
heightened endurance. When completely possessed by Tanaraq, Sasquatch is
several times as powerful. Sasquatch is also highly agile and able to jump
great distances. His resistance to conventional injury is superhuman in this
form. Langkowski is a professionally trained scientist with experience dealing
with many forms of xperimental radiation and their mutagenic effects on
lifeforms under controlled settings. As a former professional football
player, Langkowski has highly athletic physical strength and endurance, though he is no longer in the peak condition of his life. He’s from British Columbia.
SASQUATCH (WALTER LANGKOWSKI) – JACK COLEMAN
SASQUATCH (CREATURE) – CONAN STEVENS (COLEMAN’S VOICE)
SHAMAN has no superhuman physical powers, but is an above average athlete with
limited knowledge of hand-to-hand combat. His superhuman capacities derive from
his mystical knowledge and the “medicine pouch” which he carries. Shaman can
perform a wide variety of magical feats, only a few of which have yet to be
described. Shaman can levitate by tapping the ambient mystical energy of the
Earth. The speed at which he can traverse from point to point during levitation
is not yet known. His only weapon is his pouch which seems to hold an unlimited
number of magical talismans, potions, powders, and herbs. Among the objects
that Shaman has pulled from his pouch are an animated totem pole, powder
capable of generating a snowstorm, and medicinal herbs able to heal serious
injures. He’s from Calgary.
SHAMAN (DR. MICHAEL TWOYOUNGMEN) – MICHAEL SPEARS
6’2” MICHAEL SPEARS JUST ‘IS’ SHAMAN!
SNOWBIRD can mystically assume the form of a female human being, as well as
that of any animal native to northern Canada, gaining each animal's special
abilities. If she holds an animal shape for too long, her personality may
become animalistic. Snowbird also has mystical senses that allow her to detect
magical energies, sense the presence of great mystical evil, and achieve
limited postcognition. Furthermore, Snowbird possesses superhuman strength and
is capable of flight. She’s a fair hand-to-hand combatant, having been trained
by both Puck and Wolverine. SNOWBIRD is from Yellowknife.
SNOWBIRD (ANNE McKENZIE-THOMPSON) – SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR
Heather wears a battle-suit of micro-weave circuitry designed by Department H
which allows her to siphon tectonic energy and release it in the form of magma
blasts, geyser bursts, and other such phenomena. Exactly how the suit functions
has yet to be revealed. She possesses a great organizational talent and is a
skilled leader and fair hand-to-hand combatant. She’s nearsighted and wears
corrective lenses, which are incorporated into her visor. She’s from Calgary,
Alberta.
VINDICATOR (HEATHER HUDSON) – ALICIA WITT
This gentleman from X-men needs no description but he started out in Department-
H and ALPHA FLIGHT! ‘Nuff Said!
One of LOGAN’S nicknames is ‘RUNT’ so he needs to be a short actor
CHRISTAN KANE was on Angel and is now on TNT in LEVERAGE, with
TIMOTHY HUTTON.
WOLVERINE/LOGAN (JAMES HOWLETT) – CHRISTIAN KANE
REST OF DEPARTMENT-H & ALPHA FLIGHT
The new BOX is constructed principally of an unidentified "living metal."
Through an act of will, Roger Bochs can "phase into" Box's body in order to
control it from within. This is so that Bochs can cause his own body to pass
into Box's from without damaging either, and to somehow fuse with Box's Form.
It is not known how Bochs became able to perform this feat. Bochs has indicated
that only he can physically enter into and control Box in this way.
ROGER BOCHS mentally controls Box from within its box and he can perceive what
ever it perceives. However, although Bochs can not actually feel physical pain
while within Box, his psychic link with Box is so strong that he can feel
psychic pain if enough force is inflicted upon Box. Moreover, the longer Bochs
stays within Box, the greater becomes the danger that he will become unable to
leave it, and, indeed, psychologically incapable of leaving it. So far, Bochs
has spent no more than a few hours at a time within Box
BOX (ROGER BOCHS) – JONAH HILL
SHYER is one of the “Visitor” aliens in the new “V” on ABC.
BOX II (MADISON JEFFRIES) – CHRISTOPHER SHYER
CENTENNIAL has most of the powers of SUPERMAN, flight, Super-human
strength and heat ray vision but all in the body of a 96 year old man.
BILL COBBS was one of the guards In NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM.
CENTENNIAL (RUTHERFORD PRINCETON) – BILL COBBS
DIAMOND LIL'S body generates a bio-aura of nigh-impenetrable energy that
permeates her molecular structure to grant her skin durability akin to that of
diamond. Though able to deflect most forms of physical or energy-based impacts,
Lil still feels the force of such blows. Similarly, Lil’s bio-aura also affords
her protection against temperature extremes. Her nails and hair are similarly
permeated, even after being removed from her body. Lil’s bio-aura limits her
sense of touch. She is also a skilled hand-to-hand combatant, utilizing
numerous street fighting techniques.
DIAMOND LIL is listed at 6’4” but that can be taken care of with shoe lifts and
FX like everybody keeps telling me.
LAUREN played bitchy evil-object procurer, BELA TALBOT on SUPERNA-
TURAL.
DIAMOND LIL (LILIAN CRAWLEY JEFFRIES) – LAUREN COHAN
6’7” former hockey player, trained in Bushido by Wolverine who helped him find
his totem, Shaman now guides him in the mystic arts. He has vast innate magical
abilities and earth manipulation powers, natural equivalent of an omega level
mutant. His magical powers give him influence over virtually all earthly
things, as all things come from the earth. His totem is the earthworm. He used
SHAMAN’S pouch for awhile.
6’7” Brian Steele was in DOOM as CURTIS STAHL and the HELL KNIGHT
monster he became. He’s played a lot of monsters from werewolves in
UNDERWORLD to the TYRANT monster in RESIDENT EVIL: EXTINCTION
but he’s a regular actor too.
EARTH-MOVER (CHUCK MOSS) – BRIAN STEELE
FEEDBACK is a mutant with the ability to generate or manipulate bio-electrical
fields into various aspects for combat or defense. The full extent of his
abilities were never stated due to fact that at the time he was introduced, he
was just learning he had powers, but included the creation of protective
shields, energy fists, and human-shaped "shock troopers".
MATTHEW BENNETT, Played one of the regular five human-like Cylons on
BATTLESTAR GALACTICA.
FEEDBACK (ALBERT LOUIS) – MATTHEW BENNET
FLASHBACK is a mutant with the psionic ability to cause temporal counterparts
of himself from alternate future timelines to appear in the present and to
control them. Each duplicate appeared in a reverse-color version of the
original Flashback's costume. These counterparts vanished whenever Flashback
was rendered unconscious.
CONNOR TRINNEER played Tripp on STAR TREK ENTERPRISE and the half-human/half Wraith, MICHAEL, on Stargate Atlantis.
FLASHBACK (GARDNER MONROE) – CONNOR TRINNEER
ADRIAN CORBO had the ability to "flex" parts of his body into thin sheets of
"organic metal" (possibly similar in nature to the organic steel analogue of COLOSSUS), which are highly resistant to physical damage. Often he "flexes" his
hands into sharp long blades, and has even been shown to flex his leg into a
blade preventing someone to grab him. It's relatively thin, but by doing so he
had the strength to send over 15 people into the air. Adrian's metal blades
have been shown to cut through metal with ease and block laser and gunfire, but
the overall strength and durability of his organic metal was never stated. Lost
abilities after M-day! His brother is, JARED CORBO, RADIUS.
NICHOLAS D’AGOSTO was Claire’s high school boyfriend on HEROES, WEST
ROSEN, who could fly
FLEX (ADRIAN CORBO) – NICHOLAS D’AGOSTO
FLINCH was one of several super-powered individuals who were being held (some
against their will) by Department-H. Flinch's body seems to emit a foul odor
and he is distanced from outside society. As well, his body has an unusual red
glow. He is kept in isolation and does not seem to talk to anyone.
FLINCH (TOBY WOOD) – KEVIN CHRISTY
Lilly has similar abilities to SHADOWCAT but can make a portal for someone else
to faze through behind her!
LUCY HALE played the BIONIC WOMAN’S (MICHELLE RYAN) younger sister.
GHOST GIRL (LILLI STEPHENS) – LUCY HALE
GOBLYN is a blue mutant freak with red eyes who possesses superhuman agility. Her twin sister is LAURA DEAN, PATHWAY.
GOBLYN (GOBLYN DEAN) – CGI (KANDYSE McCLURE-VOICE)
SEAN BERNARD started his career as a police officer for the Vancouver Police
Department. At one point he was ganged up on and beaten by some of his fellow
officers because at one time he reported them to internal affairs for drug
trafficking. WOLVERINE saved Sean and remanded him into the custody of
DEPARTMENT-H where they trained him to become one of their field agents. There
he met JAMES HUDSON, the original Guardian. James gave Sean a battle suit that
was creating with the intending purpose of earth manipulation and Sean was
inducted into The Flight, the precursor to ALPHA FLIGHT. There he met STITCH
who took an instant liking to him. After their first mission against the
villain EGGHEAD, in which his teammate Saint Elmo dies, Sean gives up super-
heroics and challenges James to wear the suit himself. James became the
Guardian soon afterward.
GROUNDHOG (SEAN BERNARD) – CHRIS POTTER
LOU has a 'goody two-shoes'-type personality. He is secretly a normal human
with no superpowers who just rides a super-powered horse named Thunder. Bearing
the rank of Staff Sergeant in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Lou Sadler Jr.
took the code name of Major Mapleleaf out of respect for his father. Lou
reportedly had an abusive relationship with his father, who beat him, blaming
im for the death of his mother. Lou, who speaks very positively of his father,
denies the abuse. Lou was recruited by SASQUATCH as one of the new members of
the Alpha Flight team when the original team was kidnapped by aliens.
ERIC JOHNSON was FLASH GORDON on the SCYFY channel and starred in the WEREWOLF
horror movie, GINGER SNAPS.
MAJOR MAPLELEAF (LOUIS SADLER JR.) – ERIC JOHNSON
BERNIE LACHENAY is a human/Box robot cyborg.
MANBOT (BERNIE LACHENAY)- ROBERT PICARDO
MANIKIN is able to summon three of his genetic relatives from various points of
human evolution:
PROTO: A semi-sentient glob of primeval goo capable of corroding substances
through secretion of acid.
APE-MAN: A pre-homo sapiens hominid with great strength.
HIGHBROW: A future descendant of humanity possessed of great intellect.
MANIKIN (WHITMAN KNAPP) – ZACK WARD
MAR is a young Plodex female, of MARRINA’S race.
MAR – DAKOTA FANNING (SOME CGI)
MARRINA is an amphibious woman from Newfoundland, she was a former member
of BETA FLIGHT before joining Alpha Flight. She is actually part of an
extraterrestrial invading force known as the Plodex.She was never aware of
that though and grew up as loved human girl with deformities.
JOLENE BLALOCK played the Vulcan, T’POL, on STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE.
I’m not Stereotyping her I just think she would be perfect for this part
because of her slim muscular swimmer-like body.
MARRINA (MARRINA SMALLWOOD) – JOLENE BLALOCK (SOME CGI)
ARLETTE TRUFFAUT is a young mutant from Quebec City with powers of mind-
control and teleportation. She also claims to be the daughter of Francios
Truffaut.
EMMANUELLE was detective, ANGEL, on CSI: NY, who was killed from a drive-
by.
MURMUR (ARLETTE TRUFFAUT) – EMMANUELLE VAUGIER
NEMESIS carries The Onyx Sword. The Blade is less than an atom thick in width
and is capable of cutting between molecules. The Onyx Sword can cut through
almost anything and is indestructible, it grants the wielder certain powers
such as the ability to fly, teleport and life force absorption through the
blade. She is CENTENNIAL'S lover.
ELISABETH was a prosecutor on LAW & ORDER and is now on HEROES.
BILL ASTIN is a cosmic ray mutate and a BETA FLIGHT trainee at Department-
H.
OUIJA (BILL ASTIN) – EDWARD FURLONG
LAURA DEAN has the superhuman psionic ability to open portals into other
dimensions at will. She can mentally close or open any inter-dimensional
portal. She can also make portals to travel all across the world, as well as
has the skill level to open portals underneath people making her opponents to
fall into them. Her skill level is so great, that DR. STRANGE nearly died
trying to probe the inter-dimensional crossroads trying to find her with no
luck.
PATHWAY (LAURA DEAN) – KANDYSE McCLURE
KARA KILLGRAVE can control anyone’s brain into doing what she desires.
I don’t know about you but I think Mila Kunis actually has this power in real
life ‘cause she could persuade me to do almost anything! :D :D ;D
PERSUASION (KARA KILLGRAVE) – MILA KUNIS
ZUZHA YU has the same abilities as her dad, EUGENE JUDD, the first PUCK.
SMITH CHO played the nerdy beauty on the new KNIGHT RIDER and was in the
movie ALL FIRED UP as a cheerleader.
PUCK II (ZUZHA YU) – SMITH CHO
JARED CORBO is a mutant with the ability to create a force field. He’s the
half-brother of ADRIAN CORBO, FLEX.
MICHAEL ANGARANO was the YOUNG lead actor in THE HIDDEN KINGDOM
with JETT LI and JACKIE CHAN.
RADIUS (JARED CORBO) – MICHAEL ANGARANO
ALEC THORNE was a super-genius inventor who designed and wore his Encephalo-
helmet: designed to heighten his intelligence, speed his response time and
allow him to see far beyond the visual spectrum. He did not work well with
others. (Deceased)
SMART ALEC (ALEC THORNE) – DAVID ANDERS
ST. ELMO had the ability to generate light, absorb light and trans-illuminate
objects (temporarily transform them into light). He could also apparently fly
or at least float. He was destroyed and scattered into particles when he
absorbed an atomic bomb EGGHEAD sent from Canada to destroy New York City. No
one knew who he was but he claimed to be a god, “KEEPER OF THE NORTHERN LIGHTS”.
CRAIG FAIRBRASS is a big muscular 6’3” Brit actor who usually plays bad guys
but he can play a big jovial man too, like ST. ELMO WAS.
ST. ELMO – CRAIG FAIRBRASS
JODI was diagnosed as an "egophobe" (someone who is scared of his/her own self
and in her case, powers), she is a mutant with the ability to control small
pieces of metal with amazing precision, most commonly a needle which earned her
the codename STITCH.
KRISTEN DALTON is an artist as well as an actor. She played ANTHONY MICHAEL
HALL’S (JOHNNY SMITH) reporter lady friend on the DEAD ZONE TV series.
STITCH (JODI FURMAN) – KRISTEN DALTON
SHIRO YOSHIDA was born to a mother who suffered radiation poisoning due to
exposure to the atomic bomb dropped on, Hiroshima, Japan, as a result, he was
born in Agarashima, Japan, a mutant possessing solar radiation powers. SUNFIRE
was briefly a member of ALPHA FLIGHT when looking for a cure to a disease he
contracted.
SUNFIRE (SHIRO YASHIDA) – DANIEL DAY KIM
All of TALISMAN'S powers stem from the ancient Coronet of Enchantment, which
she wears on her forehead. However, even without the Coronet, she has shown to
possess the ability to absorb and redirect magical energy used against her, but
her powers will always be greater when she wears the Coronet. Talisman cannot
remove the Coronet without it causing her severe mental pain, however if
someone else wears it, returning the Coronet to the true owner would spare them
the pain. She possesses vast supernatural powers, once described as "a mortal
channel through which the gods can fight", as well as "a director of forces,
not a combatant".
Her father, SHAMAN, has stated that her powers when properly developed would
rival even that of the Sorcerer Supreme, Doctor Strange. Primary among her
powers is the ability to command the Spirits of the Land, meaning she is
literally part of the Spirit World itself. Her other abilities include astral
projection, exorcism, matter manipulation, the ability to see prophetic
visions, telepathy, teleportation over vast distances, animating the undead,
generating wind blasts and lightning, summoning air spirits, calling forth
spirit animals, creating magical shields of light, and generating blasts of
magical energy.
TALISMAN (ELISABETH TWOYOUNGMEN ) – JULIA JONES
JULIA is a hottie, A GOOD ACTRESS and perfect for ELISABETH TWOYOUNGMEN!
WILD CHILD (KYLE GIBNEY) – CHAD MICHAEL MURRAY
WINDSHEAR has mutant wind powers that he channels through his battlesuit.
WINDSHEAR (COLIN ASHWORTH HUME) – CHIWETEL EJIOFOR
Daughter of the Sorcerer BELASCO, who formerly ruled Limbo, WITCHFIRE’S innate
senses allow her to detect and identify all forms of mystic energy near her; at
quieter moments she can attune these to sense non-mystical forces such as
emotions or life energies. She naturally heals slightly faster than normal. She
uses various magic; beyond her own innate abilities she has been trained by
SHAMAN in sympathetic magic and in magic drawing on the extra-dimensional.
Her spells include shields against flame, physical damage and magic;
pain-inducers; and spells to end mind-control. She has a natural affinity for
flame control, but generally avoids using these spells as they wake
uncomfortable elements of her lost past. When she briefly regained her full
memories, she transformed into a horned demonic form with greatly increased
power levels and greater control over those powers; in this she manifested
incredible teleportation abilities, matter transformation and the opening of
dimensional gates. In her normal form she has two tiny black horns, but she
generally hides them either with her magic or by wearing her hair over them.
WITCHFIRE (ANANYM) – ALYSON HANNIGAN
WYRE has augmented strength, speed, agility, reflexes, and durability. He’s
hyper-regenerative, and can extend his inorganic hair follicles into
manipulatable tendril spines, razor edged talons.
WYRE – STEVE BACIC
YUKON JACK can manipulate and enlarge the bone pieces which normally rest over
his body, with which he can apparently slice through anything at will. He also
has the power to emit light from his hand, possibly related to the telekinetic
bone manipulation. He is a very skilled hand to hand fighter, usually fighting
with a very strong and durable bone knife. He’s apparently immune to
temperature changes despite wearing little more than a loincloth. He is from a
lost tribe of Native-Canadians.
