X-men Anime Character Designs Revealed

Designs for Wolverine,Cyclops,Beast,Storm,Prof.X,and Armor

The new series is set to premiere on G4TV later this year and is being made by the anime studio Madhouse.
Also released is the cast list(I am not big on anime so I have no clue who these people are)which if you notice has Jean Grey and Emma Frost listed even though they have no designs below,which leads be to believe that they to are in the series


I realized that the characters seem to have been changed a little as the Cyclops in the trailer looks a little more comic like.


Plot:
"Following the death of Jean Grey, the X-Men are called together by Charles Xavier to travel to Japan following the abduction of Hisako Ichiki and face the U-Men."

Looks weird. Cyclops looks like a chick, and that coat on Wolverine looks odd... Who knows, the show could be cool.

Cyclops look a little bit like a girl, i agree. But in the trailer it looks like it's going to be more like a lider than in the movies. i mean, he has more sceen time in those 30 sec that wolverine, and that's something... I'm tired of the Wolverine dictatorship! Cyclops is badass, give him the credit he diserves.

On the wolvie being tall subject. Anyone notice that the professor is as tall as everyone else sitting down? Even if you kick his chair around, facing us, hes still way to tall to be sitting. Its concept art, they weren’t originally drawn together on the same page. They were drawn separate and photo shopped together for that pic. Cyclops does look like a chic, but his suit in the trailer gives me some hope. Id say Ms. Berry was a big influence in Storms look for sure:)

I think there's some kind of screw up in the concept pic. Cyclops isn't dressed like a girl... he IS a girl in that pic! He has boobs! Look at his "pec" shadowing, and compare it to Wolvie, and then Storm. Its exactly like Storm's! Maybe his head got put on another character's body, or they were originally gonna make Cyke a girl for this series...

the cyclops in the trailer looks better than the one in the pic. this looks amazing!!!!!!!!!!

Looks pretty cool - Madhouse does good work. Why Cyclops has a woman's body is, um, intriguing, I guess? I love Hisako, so that's a plus. But Xavier in that stupid hovering chaise lounge from the '90s? Ugh.

why the hell that their suits look like the movie version just animeish strange i hope they don't keep that look i like the trailer look better when is this supposed 2 come on and why the hell they keep saying g4 tv is gonna air it when they didn't even air the iron man series yet so does taht mean it will be in engish one can only dream
