With phd's running rampant in the comic universe I thought to myself "who would win?"

Clearly I've got too much time on my hands as I get ready to return to work tomorrow but below are all the "doctors" I could think of in the comic universe. If there was ever a 'smackdown" to happen between them who would walk away victorious?



I'm not too sure Dr. Bong would walk away the winner in this contest but something tells me he'd be a blast at a party!

THE Doctor ('Doctor Who') would win!! Anyone who can travel in time and space could just go back in time and alter his opponent's timeline to make him a complete wuss!

Dr. Manhattan could kill Dr. Strange with little more than a thought. it wouldn't even be a match. Strange would have to sit there and cast spells, while Manhattan would just vaporize him, lol.

Manhattan would murder any of these clowns.

Dr.Doom! If he can take out The Beyonder he can take out these guys...even Dr.Manhattan. If we're talking a "smackdown" between all these good doctors, it might not be the most powerful that comes out on top, but the most cunning!

All you have to do is hurt Dr. Manhattan's feelings and he'll leave the planet. Threat negotiated. Doctor Strange is probably the most powerful, but Doom is the most resourceful. Technically Harley Quinn is a doctor as well. :) This will be a question that philosophers will ponder for years to come.

Iit's either Dr. strange or Manhattan. Since Manhattan wouldn't encounter any of the other doctors though Strange wins hands down. He can click his fingers and actually destroy the Hulk inside out. He's a bad-ass.

Dr. Bong is an old Howard the Duck villain. he's purely comedy oriented which makes it weird for him to be up there.

lol, i agree, the power of the herb is unmatched, lololol. unfortunately this guy sucks because the "Bong" in Dr Bong is actually the sound he makes when he uses his weapon. his hand is a round mallet thing that he uses to hit a gong. "BOOOOOOOONNNNGGGGGGGGG"

i don't know how i feel about myself for knowing so much about Howard the Duck, lol

DOCTOR WHO. (The Third Doctor portrayed by Jon Pertwee) Way back in the early 70's I never understood the show but he's intro brought me nightmares when I was a kid! LOL!

Seriously not so familiar with all the Doctors but I guess Doctor Manhattan would be the most powerful.

For real though, I would have to go with Dr. Voodoo. The dude pwned Dormammu in like 5 seconds without breaking a sweat. They've dedicated entire Dr. Strange storylines to that guy. Hands down Dr. Voodoo. Don't mess with Jericho Drumm.
