Which Marvel Comics character is the smartest? The smartest Marvel characters has a lot of possibilities.Specifically I am talking about on Earth(no Galactus,Living Tribunal,Thanos,The Skrull,Kree,Shiar, etc.)

Black Panther:

In Doomwar, T'Challa created a completely new form of martial arts combat style which incorporated both science and sorcery.
He is a skilled hunter, tracker, strategist, and scientist — he has a Ph.D. degree in physics from Oxford University. Considered one of the eight smartest people on the planet,he is a genius in physics and advanced technology, and is a brilliant inventor
Bruce Banner:

As Bruce Banner, he is considered one of the greatest minds on Earth. He has developed expertise in the fields of biology, chemistry, engineering, and physiology, and holds a Ph.D. in nuclear physics. He possesses "a mind so brilliant it cannot be measured on any known intelligence test." Bruce Banner also makes use of his intelligence to create highly advanced technology labelled as "Bannertech", which is on par with technological development from Tony Stark or Doctor Doom. The most common Bannertech Bruce uses is a force field able to shrug off blows from Hulk-level entities, which was also given to Amadeus Cho.
Amadeus Cho:

Amadeus is a teenager gifted with a super-genius mind, bearing the "natural ability to identify the variables and quantum possibilities in any situation". He is described by Reed Richards as being the 7th smartest person in the world, though Hank Pym claims that, with his return, Amadeus is actually the 8th.The Eternal Ajak believes that Cho is actually more intelligent than some immortals, and he has claimed to Athena, who says that intelligence is essentially "pattern recognition", that he sees patterns better than 99.999999993% of people on Earth.[19] Hercules has claimed twice, the first instance to Athena herself, that Amadeus is smarter than even she,and the super-genius Olympian god of fire and invention Hephaestus himself admits that Cho is more intelligent than he is.
Hank Pym:

Henry Pym is a scientific genius with a Ph.D in biochemistry, along with expertise in the fields of quantum physics; robotics/cybernetics; artificial intelligence, and entomology. The character discovered the subatomic "Pym particles" that enable mass to be shunted or gained from an alternate dimension, thereby changing the size of himself or other beings or objects; and is the creator of the robot Ultron.
Magneto:

In addition to his powers, Magneto is also a genius with competence in various fields of advanced science, especially in genetic manipulation, particle physics, engineering, and other fields of technology. He has engineered advanced weaponry, space stations, superpowered humanoid lifeforms, devices that generate volcanoes and earthquakes, devices that block telepathy, and devices that can nullify all mutant powers except for his own. He has reconstructed computerized devices from memory. Magneto is also a master strategist with extensive combat experience, and has often been successful in single-handed combat against entire groups of superhuman adversaries.

That is just a little bit of insight on some of the characters. But please if their are some characters that are not mentioned and you think is the smartest character please add them into the comments.
