Eh. I don't think I'll see this one at the most I may watch it when the DVD comes out. Looks dumb. Sad cause I'm a huge fan of the character, they just didn't do him right.

Visually stunning, not that sure about characters and plot. However, gotta trust in Verbinski, great, talented guy, so I won't leave hope for this being good till the very release.

Probably won't even mind reviews and going to see it whatever anyone says.

The marketing is leaving me as offput as I was about JOHN CARTER (though I did end up liking that movie much more than I expected to).

I think it was a mistake to go for such drab colors with the marketing materials as well as the Lone Ranger's costume. Where are the bright blues and reds we've come to associate with the character? There's nothing which stands out about this movie (other than Depp) to distinguish it from a typical Western.

The Lone Ranger is basically a superhero on a horse. Where's the theatricality of his character?

Complete failure. Will be as bad if not worse than John Carter.

Its not relevant any longer. Idiots.

they have a better chance at buying and rebooting Dirty Hairy movies.

Wont pay a thing to see this complete garbage.

Its Johnny Freakin Depp guys! Two guys you dont underestimate right now are Depp and RDJ! If the laughs work its going to be huge!

Another plus is its not a sequel and it looks different than every film coming out this year.

This film WILL do more than MOS, Thor 2 and Wolverine!

Remeber that sometimes the great movies had bad trailers! if the trailer wasn't good that's not mean the movies isn't good too!

@Yousef90 Good point. The trailer for Robocop made it look like a very typical sci-fi shoot 'em up. And, as we all know now, it was much smarter than that, a satire of violent movies and a commentary on law enforcement.
