Lucasfilm Registers New Domains For Various Unannounced STAR WARS Projects

With this week's announcement that EA will develop new Star Wars video games with Disney, a slew of new domains have been registered by Lucasfilm which all redirect to the official Star Wars website.

This week, it was announced that Disney/Lucasfilm and Electronic Arts are teaming up to release new Star Wars video games within the next several years. Now, via Fusible, Lucasfilm has registered a slew of new domains for various Star Wars projects, which are likely some of these video games. While Disney is developing many spin-off films, these domains probably don't relate to them. However, they do redirect to the official Star Wars website.

Gungan frontier was the only worthy game that cloned SimLife.

It was good, for its genre and i hope that this Alliance is a name for a Space flight simulator!

Order 67 seems interesting... Maybe it has to do with the rise of the Empire? You know... Since Order 66 was to "kill all the jedi (give or take Obi-Wan and Yoda).

Where is the mystical and elegant atmosphere that star wars delivered in the classic trilogy, and in the phantom menace with Qui-Gon/Obi-Wan/Darth Maul?

Star wars is not furious brawls based on Force-powered-kamehameha and unreal Lightsaber fights, it was originally based on Akira Kurosawa's work mixed with Flash Gordon, damn. pure magic.

And now we got starkiller.

Star Wars 1313 looks extremely promising. I can't believe they would just scrap that whole project. Very disappointing.

Has it occured to anyone that if Battlefront 3 does get made, maybe it won't actually be called that?

Maybe some of these are maps and different play modes and just one of these names is the actual title?

Or maybe it's simply Disney covering their butts for copywrite infringement.

@StarkAnthony OOOOH! Thanks for pointing that out! I feel better now. It's just Disney covering their butts. I HIGHLY doubt they're actually going a sequel to this, they're probably just making it difficult for modders to make a website around it.

That said, it actually looks like a cool little game.

1313, Battlefront 3, and a PROPER sequel to Force Unleashed. The second one was such uncomplete smelly ass it's ridiculous. I beat that shit in under 5 hours. Only cool thing about that was the Boba. Everything else...*flushing sound*

Forget the domains. The meaning behind them is what matters. For example, the "Wolf Pack" is a reference to Dave Filoni, some fans and other Clone Wars people.
