I didn't know he was rewriting history... when it said a movie about the "biblical NOAH" I assumed exactly that. This looks cool and all, interesting, but weird in connection to the "biblical NOAH". I would check out the graphic though

I don't think those are trolls. I think it's the Nephilim, the giants that roamed during the days of Noah.

Still upset that the dinosaurs didn't make it on the ark. And trying to figure out how Noah got pandas, panthers, elephants, giraffes, penguins, tigers, lions, bears, roaches, bees, flies, etc. on that damn ark. Didn't the predators eat the prey? Wasn't it too warm for the polar bears or penguins? What about alligators?!?! Please...it's a fairy tale plain and simple. The story makes no sense. And then did Noah and his wife have sex with their kids to repopulate the earth?!?!? Incest indeed!!!

@Richal13 There were 8 people that got on the boat. Noah, His Wife, Their 3 sons and their wives.

Lame? Go read the Book of Enoch and come back and tell me what happened during the days of Noah was "lame".

@richal13

@richal13

Some dinos did make it on the ark. Read Job 40 and 41 about the descriptions of two different dinos that were present during Job's day.

Also, most the animals that boarded the ark were young. And with God being sovereign and omnipotent, then it's nothing for him to have all the animals, that existed at that time, to come to the ark and live peacefully amongst each other.

@theheat
Finally someone who actually reads a bible here! Im shocked at how people think this should be a cute kids movie! NO this is a seriois interpretation of what happened during Noahs ark!

I'm surprised @heat, about your bible knowledge. But where is the Book of Enoch Located? It is not in the Bible or The Apocrypha. The problem is with this movie is it is based on a graphic novel, not what it should be. The Bible is what this should be based on.

@anthony

While the Book of Enoch is not located in either the Scriptures or the Apocrypha, it still was read by some of the Christians during the Early Church era. Genesis 6:4 does mention giants, like Goliath, who roamed the earth prior to the flood.

And of course, this movie won't be a perfect interpretation of the Bible. I doubt the movie will mention depravity of man, the wickedness of sin, or how the ark was a foreshadowing of Jesus Christ. Hollywood love taking liberties when it comes to books.

Very true @Theheat. I know all about giants and stuff, but a 6 armed monster thing?

It may be somewhat true to the Bible, but I'm still not too interested. I need to see a trailer, but I dunno. and thants all I have to say. Excelsior!

Yea, I feel you on the 6-arms. The only reason I am somewhat interested in this movie is because both Supes' dad and Thor's dad is going to be in it. Oh yea, Emma Watson as well.

Wait...people actually still take the story of Noah's ark as factual history? I thought we were past that. I guess Noah forgot the unicorns.
