This race mode - which isn't actually in the game (it was specifically built for Gamescom to show off the scale of Gotham) - shows that Arkham City is indeed a massive, open city. And, as you'll glimpse from the periphery of the "track", this isn't even showing all of it, just a race between two landmarks."
