Hey, gang, let's hear what you think! Dan Marcus is a fan of the superhero genre just like you and I and put his heart and soul (and $$$) into this short film!

I don't see any superheroes but it's a great effort.

You guys are way too critical. This isn't a studio release; it's a young guy just starting out as a filmmaker. We should support him. If you don't like it, at least supply a constructive critique and not just B.S. responses.

I applaud the effort and the production value are solid. If I have a criticism of the trailer it's that there isn't enough there to convey the fact that it's a superhero story; there needs to be more there from that angle for us to understand why people are turning to him for help.

Nice find Brent.

I'd like to see more of this and how it falls into the superhero aspect. The cinematography is very cool. Something about Chicago works very well on film

@EdGross: I agree with you. An earlier version of the trailer showed more of the "super" aspect.

@DogsOfWar: I couldn't agree with you more. Chicago seems like the ideal setting.

Telling people on the internet that they are too critical is like yelling at water for being so wet.

@Brent good find
i for one couldn't do better
i can say i could
talk a big game
but never actually accomplish as much as this
it seems to have potential
and that is all that is needed
to ignite the fire of a great film maker

i agree with ed that i totally applaud the effort. its certainly better than any of my fan films.

Dont really get that at all.
I guess you dont have that much footage to work with when compiling a trailer for a short but there was nothing 'Super' about that.
I'd like to know the budget he's working with as it looked pretty good production value wise.
