CBM Fight Club RULES!!!
You can base your vote on any version of the character (but preferably use the main comics continuity or live adaptation). For those not familiar with the character I have provided a short feature for each character, you can find it below the character's profile picture (click it and it will bring you to a different page consisting a short bio of the character and a list of his powers and abiliDraws). This is NOT A POPULARITY CONTEST (That is worth repeating -NOT A POPULARITY CONTEST), please decide logically, you can defend your vote in the comment section, and you can even include descriptive detail on how one character takes down his opponent.

Consider each fight as the FIRST MEETING of the two characters (even if they exist in the same universe, try to treat this fight as their first encounter, which means there are no prior knowledge of the other's power set and abiliDraws, as well as knowing their strengths or weaknesses).

These fights are Chance Encounters, the FIGHTS are NOT PLANNED, so there are no preparation time. But the characters are outfitted with their regular equipments, weapons, and other stuffs that are closely associated to the character. Though the fights are first encounters, it can last as long as it can. The fights does not need to be DEATHMATCHES (as many of you pointed out that many of these characters just won't die. Also to be faithful to the personality of other characters who doesn't kill), incapacitating another character counts as a WIN.

Consider the character's personality and how the character will act on the given situation (will he fight dirty, will he be honorable, etc…). The characters can use anything in their present surrounding for their advantage.

Today's Fights

Crow - in a casual encounter, how would punishe know about the bird.

Superman - juggs was spanked by gladiator, who was spanked by thor so supes would win easily.

Thor - I think I saw this fight already on robot chicken in their "world's most one-side fist fights" sketch... lol
Starheart
Starheart - 5/25/2011, 6:02 PM
Just curious, but if Juggernaut is at his classic levels (ie,. not being phased by the Hulk's punches, tanking Thor's Mjolnir shots and even his Godblast), how would Superman physically harm him? He was literally invulnerable outside of removing his force-field or using psychic attacks once his helmet was removed.

superman could fly the juggernaut into the sun.

Starheart
Starheart - 5/25/2011, 6:34 PM
@jninn132: Because Superman flies unknown opponents into the sun on a regular basis, right? In character, ie, Superman in his typical personality, what can he realistically do to harm Juggernaut? And even if he did throw Juggernaut into the sun (he wouldn't), it wouldn't kill him.

Didn't read this article but I want to see if I can even post a comment now.

Edit: I can awesome! This was great. I think I read this before, still a good read.

I feel that people are not realizing how amazing the concept of these films are. The general public does not quite get it yet. It will sink in next year when promo starts to come about.

CAPTAIN AMERICA vs WOLVERINE

Winner:
Wolverine
650 Votes (66.53%)

Are you kidding me? They are almost 34% who think that Captain America stands any sort of chance against the insanity that is Wolverine? Wow talk about being blinded by fanboyism. I mean seriously

Now speaking of fanboyish things can we get a pantheon fight? I wouldn't mind seeing a Wonder Woman vs Sif thing going

Yes, Juggernaut would be able to harm Superman provided he connected, which is extremely likely as Superman doesn't use his speed to make himself unhittable as a rule. He usually purposefully tanks attacks in an attempt to wear down the opposition and brawls, something that wouldn't really do him any service against Juggernaut, let alone in the Temple of Cyttorak.

Crow-He eats bullets and hops back up. Already dead.
Superman-Never bet against Superman. He already won in the crossover too.
Thor-I don't know if he can permanently kill Wolverine, but he can make sure Wolverine never gets close to him and spends more time healing than fighting.
ThunderCougarFalconBird
ThunderCougarFalconBird - 5/26/2011, 12:28 AM
@ werty - I completely agree! People seem to forget that the "real" Wolverine is a master in most forms of fighting, he's a trained assassin and a master of stealth too. His healing keeps his body in the piqué of human perfection so he is just about as strong and agile as Cap. He is basically Cap with claws, a metal skeleton, more fighting experience and almost unstoppable. How can Cap win?

As far as this round goes:

Crow
Superman
Thor

Supes isn't going to refuse to use his powers to the point of getting beat... the worst thing for juggs is for supes to find out how invulnerable he really is. Knowing he won't die, supes could just set him adrift in space... guilt free... its not a fight to the death... lol... supes wins!

Same with thor... wolvie's best bet would be to bow out early, because if he really pisses thor off, there's no healling factor that can save him from what thor can do...
