Some new set photos have made it to the Webb (see what i did there)

Andrew Garfield's trailer from the New York shooting a couple of days ago.


Marc Webb tweeted this today, he said #bracelets. And the photo says Mar 83, now thanks to an online site, i have worked out that the supervillain known as The Hobgoblin, was first introduced in March of 1983. This might be coincedence or this could be the real deal.

For Peter Parker, life is busy. Between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen Stacy, high school graduation cannot come quickly enough. I love hobgoblin, he's one of my favourite spidey villains but no. We've already got electro with rhino being rumoured not to mention Osborn being introduced on top of everything else. This movie is already in danger of being too overcrowded adding hobgoblin in would doom this. But I think this Is nothing more than a rumour.

How many characters would you like in this film, Sony?
Have you forgotten Spider-Man 3 and how many [frick]ing new characters you put in? And how poorly developed (and cast in some cases) those characters were?
I'd love a great Hobgoblin, Electro and Rhino, as well as a great new MJ, but there's too much going on.

I guessed Hobby's apperance after TASM. On the board it had the dates when he first came out.

Read pages "83" I believe.

i would love to see the hobgoblin in it but i can't see it happening.not when you've got electro & possibly the rhino.

but who knows i might be wrong.

I may have totally made this up, but I thought I heard something about The Kingpin being involved in some way, shape, or form. Wasn't the Hobgoblin (Kinsley) hired by the Kingpin to kill Spider-man?

Would be cool for a third film.

Maybe the Hobgoblin is Norman Osborns creation, like he was in Spiderman TAS.

If they ever do Hobgoblin, they should get Mark Hamill to voice him like he did in Spider-man: The Animated Series. That would be epic

@SpidaTrav- I agree, if Harry is ever a bad guy, he should be GG2, not Hobgoblin.

@PC04- I think Marvel now owns the rights to Kingpin- they reverted back from Fox w/ Daredevil. Again, I think. If that's true, no Kingpin - though I'd love to see him, but as a standalone villian. I've always thought he'd be the perfect bad guy for a "grounded" Spidey film.

I agree with those who say a multi-villian film can work, if it's written right. Spidey3 obviously wasn't.

This is hilarious, you all should go check out sevenwebheads new video. The Mar 83 at the bottom is the Instamatic filter setting lol he used for the photo. you can go back and look at the set pic he posted of avi arad and the producer and it also has MAR 83 at the bottom.
