Obviously the real thing will look better. Look at the state of the Spider-Man one! We know that is almost completely diff looking in live action.

Dang it! I thought the title said "Lizard FINALLY Revealed!" I was getting all excited, then I saw............that. Oh well, we can't say that's what he'll look like exactly. But, he kind of looks like Ditko's Lizard. Y'know, where he look more like a humanoid-reptile. Oh, well.

Actually, Lizard's appearance look exactly like the comics one if you think about his humanoid like look in the early comics.

If you take a look at his cheeks you can see little slits which could be part of his mouth. I think he has a snout, but it's hard to tell. This could also be just a half transformation, kind of like in Hulk Ultimate Destruction (that game brings back memories) when the Abomination is only half transformed in mid-game and then becomes the full thing at the end. It's just a guess though.
