WILDC.A.T.S (COVERT-ACTION-TEAMS) was first released AUGUST
1ST, 1999 by IMAGE COMICS and written and illustrated by the
amazing JIM LEE (One of the main formers of IMAGE COMICS).
THE WILDC.A.T.S STORY:
The first volume of WildC.A.T.S was about a team created by the immortal
Lord EMP after the time-traveling VOID came from the future to warn
him of an alien threat. He was living as a homeless man in the mean streets
of the “BIG APPLE” at the time.
EMP was one of several Kherubim stranded on Earth after a space battle
with the Daemonites and had lived on Earth for thousands of years, though
most of his memories were gone when VOID found him. The original team
consisted of HIM, VOID, SPARTAN, WARBLADE, MAUL, VOODOO,
GRIFTER and KHERUBIM WARRIOR, ZEALOT.
The enemy that the group was formed to fight was a group called THE
CABAL, led by HELLSPONT, a very powerful DAEMONITE.
HELLSPONT had created THE CABAL in order to gather enough resources and power
to bring other Daemonites to Earth so they could
take over. Along with stopping HELLSPONT'S plans, the WildC.A.T.S were also
tasked with finding an ORB OF VAST POWER that The Cabal was looking to get
it’s hands on.
In the first 4 issues, the WildC.A.T.S had accomplished the goals they were
created for. They stopped HELLSPONT and destroyed THE ORB.
My WILDC.A.T.S Fancast is of these first 4 issues fighting HELLSPONT
and his corrupt CABAL!
(The whole first volume would make a great TV series too!)
Man, I'd love to see this made into a movie, I really enjoyed this volume!
But of course, I'm a JIM LEE nut!
MY FANCAST OF THE ORIGINAL...WILDC.A.T.S:
JACOB MARLOWE is LORD EMP of the alien KHERUBIM, the highest
ranking KHERUBIM. Though dwarf-sized he is immensely strong and
durable with dormant massive powers of energy and psionic abilities that
periodically manifest. He can lift 5 tons, even more in times of extreme
duress. All KHERUBIM are physically powerful like this.

PETER DINKLAGE: DWARF-SIZED ACTOR.

CASPIAN (FILM) Peter has the acting gravitas and presence (despite his
small stature) to play LORD EMP. I think he's anamazing actor, myself!
I loved his character in the CBS sci-fi TV series “THRESHOLD”!
EMP (JACOB MARLOWE): PETER DINKLAGE
ZEALOT is a KHERUMBIM Warrior stranded on earth when their
starship crashed onto earth thousands of years ago. On earth she began
to train human women in the ways of the KHERUBIM CODA, creating
an earth-based CODA group of female warrior/assassins. She's been a
warrior-woman on earth for thousands of years through many cultures.

TABRETT BETHELL: 5'8”, HAIR: BLOND, EYES: BLUE
TABRETT BETHELL: LEGEND OF THE SEEKER (TV), THE CLINIC
(FILM—HORROR). TABRETT is perfect for Zealot and looks just like
her, she's tall for a woman, knows how to effectively wield a sword on
camera and plays the bitch-hero very well!
I think TABRETT is a wonderful and natural talent and should be in
the big leagues of acting, she's a fantastic and gorgeous thespian! She
should go places! Her charisma reminds me of a young LUCY
LAWLESS! I used 4 pictures of her here to show just how DAMN perfect
she is to play the deadly KHERUBIM warrior-assassin, ZEALOT!
ZEALOT (ZANNAH): TABRETT BETHELL
SPARTAN is a sentient robot built on the planet KHERA as part of their
police force and imbued with a dead KHERUBIM warrior's (YON KOHL)
essence. He has a “brain” more powerful than any other computer
(on earth or otherwise). He's programmed to be able to use any
technology he comes across and can connect wirelessly with any computer
and bend it to his will. He's equipped with powerful lasers, skilled in
armed and unarmed combat, has superhuman levels of strength, speed &
endurance, has superhuman senses and can fly. He can mend himself
after battle, if the damage is too severe he can transmit his intelligence
to other machines to stay alive till he can find another android body. He
is constantly upgrading himself. He looks forever young and doesn't age
in his human appearance.

JARED PADALECKI: 6'4”, HAIR: BROWN, EYES: HAZEL
JARED PADALECKI: SUPERNATURAL (TV), FLIGHT OF THE
PHOENIX, FRIDAY THE 13TH (FILM) JARED is very tall like SPARTAN and
looks a lot like him, in the comics. Now, some on CBM.COM say he
can't act but I think he's grown a lot in his acting ability and
would do just fine with this role.
SPARTAN (JOHN COLT/YON KOHL): JARED PADALECKI
Voodoo is part human. She's also part Kherubim and Daemonite which
results in her having unique abilities not seen in either two. She has the
power of the “Sight” which allows her to see any being or object as it truly
is meaning she is not affected by shape shifters or any type of illusion. She
is a telepath meaning she has the power to read or take over a person's mind.
She can focus her mental powers into a mental attack. She is also an empath
allowing her to feel the emotions of those she chooses.
Another powerful gift is that she can separate any being that is possessing a
body and she often uses this ability against Daemonites. It does usually
result in pain and at times it may also hurt Voodoo herself. This power can
be used from a distance, but she usually gets close to the person she is using
it on. Voodoo can use more of the traditional powers attributed to a
Daemonite. She can transform, revealing Daemonite parts, resulting in her
having claws, super strength, speed. She has the power to regrow lost limbs
and heal from wounds faster than a normal human, she also has the power
to control time.

(TV) I chose GENEVIEVE way before I realized JARED for SPARTAN
so I didn't purposely put them together here. But they worked together
so great on SUPERNATURAL and now they're married. There are plenty
of shows and movies where married actors have acted together. DANIEL
DAY KIM & GRACE PARK are man and wife and they work good
together as cousins & fellow cops on the great new hit CBS TV show,
HAWAII 5-O!
VOODOO (PRISCILLA KITAEN): GENEVIEVE CORTESE
GRIFTER (COLE CASH) is all human whose a skilled marksman and
fighter. He also has dormant psionic powers brought on by exposure to the
GEN-FACTOR during his time with TEAM-7 (SPECIAL OPERATIONS
unit whose main purpose was to safeguard national security overseas).
But exposure to the GEN-FACTOR (making them GEN-ACTIVE, giving
them a variety of psionic powers) affected their morality and mental health
and many either were killed, died or committed suicide due to the side
affects.
After TEAM-7 broke-up he encountered a woman named ZEALOT. They
fell in love and she took it upon herself to teach a male the ways of the
all-female ASSASSIN GROUP, THE CODA. The CODA teachings he was
given returned his sanity and locked away his psionic-powers. Sometime
later COLE and ZEALOT broke-up. But still on good terms they both
were recruited by JACOB MARLOWE/EMP, to be part of the
WILDC.A.T.S, to fight DAEMONITES on earth.

Major Adrianna Tereshkova was one of Russia's preeminent cosmonauts in the Mir
Space Station program. But all of that ended when her ship was destroyed by
unknown space debris and plummeted to Earth to crash into the Antarctic. Major
Terehkova and her two crewmen were presumed dead. In fact, the spacecraft had
been struck by a shard of the Void entity that has journeyed the time continuum
in order to escape death at the hands of THE GNOME. This portion of the VOID
entity, that took possession of Adrianna Tereshkova, used her as a vessel
through which to gather Jacob Marlowe, the Lord Emp, and his Gifted Ones into
the team now known as the WILDC.A.T.S. She needed them in order to face down
THE GNOME once again and deny him the power that would have assured him global
domination.
Because she has merged with the VOID entity, she can sense and manipulate
space-time, giving her visions of the future and allowing her to teleport. With
difficulty she can teleport others, but being with The WildCATS', Emp often
gives her a power boost using his energy powers to make it easier.

WARBLADE is a half-human/half-KHERUBIM warrior who can shape-shift
his body, usually turning his hands into bladed metallic weapons.
He's a former member of CYBERDTATA'S S.H.O.C.'S (SPECIAL HAZARDOUS
OPERATION CYBORG), powerful CYBORG AGENTS.

I thought BRIAN did a damn good job as METALLO on
SMALLVILLE so I figured he'd be great to play another metallic-man
in the comic book world, WARBLADE. He has a lot of experience with
acting in shows where there's metallic-people involved! LOL
Besides having a long green hair is not a very long leap from having a
green glowing chest, I guess that's why his last name is GREEN! LOL
WARBLADE (RENO BRYCE): BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN
DR. JEREMY STONE is a part-human/part TITANTHROPE (born of
human and KHERUBIM parents) hybrid. He's a NOBEL PRIZE-
Winning scientist who can grow and shrink in size. When he grows he
becomes less intelligent and when he shrinks he gains in intellect.

wealth and his own criminal empire.
