John Williams To Score Some Of Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows - Part 2?

It's a heckishly slow news day, so here's a roundup of juicy news tidbits for you Harry Potter fans:

Firstly, according to fan sites BlogHogwarts and HarryLatino, the soundtrack for the very last Harry Potter movie will have some input from Enya and John Williams (who is of course acclaimed for having scored the first three films of the franchise) in addition to Alexandre Desplat.

According to the sites, Enya will write a track called "Through the Darkness" and Desplat and Williams will work together on the production of various other tracks. At the moment, this is pure rumor - however, it's worth noting that Williams has made it known he would like to return in some capacity and Desplat himself has commented that he would include certain aspects of Williams' themes anyway.

Secondly, the list of features for the Deathly Hallows Part 1 Blu-ray has been revealed, and the second item is...

# Sneak Peek: First scene of HP7.2

Lastly, Rupert Grint (who plays Ron Weasley) has given a brief description of the final movie:

"The Hall turns into a fireball in rubble, with children killed and bodies everywhere.... It's shocking, but it will be very cool!"

Director David Yates added:

"[Yes]. There's so much emotion - and death."

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 hits theaters July 15th!

Lookin' forward to the movie anyway, but this could make it even better, since no one is better at movie scores than John Williams.

I know for a fact this is untrue. Alexandre Desplat doing the score, not that they'll not use his themes, just they'll want to have musical consistency between the two films. He may score the epilogue or something
