Adam Beach's SUICIDE SQUAD Role Revealed?

Actor Adam Beach was one of the actors featured in David Ayer's cast photo for the Suicide Squad movie but no one seemed certain what character Beach is portraying in the film. Read on for the identity of the character and what you should expect from him in the villain team-up film.

According to the Winnipeg Free Press [via DCmovies.com] actor Adam Beach has been cast in David Ayer's Suicide Squad movie.  Beach is best known for his role as Tommy in Walker, Texas Ranger.  Beach will apparently play the little known DC Comics villain Slipknot. 

While the character is not very well-known and has a pretty silly superpower (chemically altered ropes), Slipknot does have ties to the Suicide Squad.  His big claim to comic book fame is that he called Amanda Waller's bluff on whether the bombs she'd implanted in each member of the Suicide Squad were real.  Needless to say, testing Waller and whether the bombs were real DID NOT end well for Slipknot.  Perhaps Beach's Slipknot will have a similar role in the film? 

Filming on Suicide Squad is currently underway in Vancouver. The film hits US theaters on August 5, 2016.

I guess they need a few characters that they an introduce and kill in the film, it's called 'suicide squad' after all!

I really wouldn't put it past Ayer to kill off one of the core cast,

I dont know if you remember but in the comic identity crisis after atom's lady had been almost killed the justice league search for slipknot and almost killed him and some fire villains like firebug and firefly, the name is really cool, i like how they go for C,D-list characters , there will be a lot of easter eggs and cameos on this movie :)

I've got a feeling that alot of people are gonna die in this movie to show that both Amanda, the SS and all the psychos at Arkham mean business.

I think you represent a bully. I don't want you to represent this community. Comicbooks may be a passion for some, but your social commentary is vindictive and doesn't offer solutions. If you care so much, start a community, write a book, be a public advocate in the film community, write to the producers, advocate independent films, or do anything to make a change in the industry. Change can happen, but don't just point fingers at people and be mean.

I'm not sure how you can love superheroes so much and act like this. Have some more virtue.
