THE FLASH and ARROW Return This October

Will Stephen Amell's Oliver Queen reside in Coast City or Starling City when Arrow returns? Grant Gustin's Barry Allen may be in a different reality altogether after the epic events of the season one finale.  Both shows return to The CW with all new episodes this October so DC TV fans will not have to wait too long for answers.  Plus, both shows will be showcased at DC TV's SDCC panel in July so we'll reciever plenty of teasers and intel to keep the speculation engines going full steam ahead until Fall.  And for those keeping track at home, CBS' Supergirl premieres on October 26th.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6

8:00-9:00pm THE FLASH (Season Premiere)

9:00-10:00pm IZOMBIE (Season Premiere)

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7

8:00-9:00pm ARROW (Season Premiere)

9:00-10:00pm SUPERNATURAL (Season Premiere)

Honestly Flash [frick]ed itself over with that last episode.

Great idea Eddie, to kill yourself so that henceforth you'll be killing your descendant too - only problem is you've caused a time paradox that is about to swallow up all of existence. Nice job idiot.

I guess now if Flash runs around the dustcloud fast enough, he'll be able to prevent time from unraveling itself and they can still live in an altered timeline. Honestly the best thing they could have done is;

1. Brainwash the shape shifter into thinking he is Harrison Wells, suppress his shapeshifting ability and send him away, let 'Harrison Wells' decide that Star Labs no longer needs him and retire somewhere tropical.

2. Find out what exactly gave Eobard Thawne his powers in the future. Then go to the future and enact the incident that gave Thawne his powers, unknowningly to him. Then, return to the past and kill Thawne.

3. Barry, ditch Iris, seriously; she's done nothing for you and has treat you like crap. Pull an arrow and get involved with Caitlin - we've all been wanting that to happen.

I'm curious if anyone else out there would agree with me on something. I think Grant's portrayal of Barry/Flash has been great. I also feel like his portrayal has come the closest of anyone to date of what an accurate live-action Peter Parker/Spider-Man should be.

He's nerdy based on his intelligence and interests, but it is not unreasonable that he would be able to land a model (MJ) with his charm and wit. And he's playfully cocky when he is suited up, but not over the top with it.

Anyone?

And on a semi-related note, I think Andrew Garfield could've been a great Barry Allen in the DC film universe.

@ImKennyPowers

"You know nothing, Barry Allen!"

That's pretty much what Future Barry said to Present Barry when he gave him the Pa Kent wave-off.

hahaha.

If Barry goes back to save Jon, can he save Ygritte too?? If he wants to kill Ollie that'd be fine with me as well.

I agree. Grant's Allen is the closest to the comics. There are a lot of other good ones, but they really embrace the comic book nature of his character without going too dark or too campy. He's easily the sole figure that makes DC say "shit we really shouldn't have ruled out a combined universe".

Good luck Ezra, good [frick]ing luck.
