One of the best comics to emerge from DC Comics' New 52 relaunch was the Green Arrow run from Jeff Lemire and Andrea Sorrentino. On that subject, Arrow excutive producer Marc Guggenheim has revealed that discussions have taken place on that subject and the topic comes up in the Writer's Room all the time. With Katana (Sword Clan), played by Rila Fukushima, being introduced last season, it appears the Weapons Clans are a storyline that's definitely on the table. A version of Komodo has also already appeared on the show. However, Guggenheim cautions that it has to happen organically on the show, it's not something they would shoehorn in just to check off a box. "I'm sure, eventually, they'll end up on the show."
Also, David Ramsey confirms that at the start of Arrow season 4, Diggle will be running Team Arrow, while Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and The Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) are on "sabbatical." It will be interesting to see how much the trio of Diggle, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Thea (Willa Holland) can accomplish without Felicity's IT expertise and Oliver's skills and connections.
