Synopsis:Rosa is “an epic sci-fi short film that takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where all natural life has disappeared. From the destruction awakes Rosa, a cyborg deployed from the Kernel project, mankind’s last attempt to restore the earth’s ecosystem. This short film is super hot right now in Hollywood. Borys Kit of THR reports that Spanish comic book artist Jesus Orellana taught himself the animation program and made the short film with literally no budget! The short has been at several festivals including the Seattle International Film Festival, then SITGES, Screamfest, Toronto After Dark, and many others, all to rave reviews.
Orellana is signed to IAM Entertainment, and is currently fielding interest from all the top Hollywood agencies, several producers, and a couple of studios. Orellana's goal however, is to turn Rosa into a live-action feature. I say, the animation looks sick and it should stay exactly as is. Sound off with your comments in the usual spot below.

In October ROSA was screened at the opening night of the Sitges International Film Festival, considered the world's best festival specialized in genre films. Following the succesful festival run, the short film has attracted the attention of the major talent-agencies and Hollywood producers.
