Rapper T.I. Being Courted For A Marvel Film?
At SXSW, rapper T.I. whose acting credits include ATL, American Gangster and Takers revealed that Marvel's been knocking at his door. But for what role?
At this point, your guess is as good as mine about what role Marvel could be pursuing the rapper to play. It could be an established character or someone entirely original. The actor typically doesn't stray too far from his laid-back, suave, hip-hop persona when selecting movie roles so it would have to be a Marvel character similar to that description. Obviously, the character that immediately comes to mind is Luke Cage, but equally obviously is the fact that T.I. is way too small to play Cage.
