Another solid episode of Arrow this week. Diggle and Oliver started a little rocky in their respective love pursuits but finished the episode on an upward tick. Episode featured James Callis in the guest star, villain of the week role as DC Comics anti-hero Dodger. Take the poll and discuss the episode in the comments below.

COLTON HAYNES (“TEEN WOLF”) GUEST STARS AS ROY HARPER — Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) tells Oliver (Stephen Amell) he’s all work and no play, so he asks Detective McKenna (guest star Janina Gavankar) on a date. A jewel thief named Dodger (guest star James Callis) hits Starling City and targets someone very close to Oliver. Meanwhile, while working with Laurel (Katie Cassidy), Thea (Willa Holland) gets her purse stolen by a very fast pickpocket named Roy Harper (guest star Haynes). Moira (Susanna Thompson) makes a move against Malcom (John Barrowman). Colin Donnell and Paul Blackthorne also star. Eagle Egilsson directed the episode written by Beth Schwartz (#115).

Holy shit, I loved this episode. I found it even better than last.

Roy Harper is fantastic, and even though the red hood is so on the nose, I couldn't stop smiling at the nod.

Loved the romances too, really felt for them and any Slade is a good thing.

Show has really improved since the middle, which was kinda lackluster. Last three episodes have been fantastic.

Colton Haynes was great as Roy Harper and I can't get enough Manu Bennett, but I really don't want this show to get too bogged down with the CW relationship drama. I feel like last weeks episode set the bar so high, that I was going to be let down almost no matter what happened this week.

Need more Deathstroke, but overall great. Thought Smoak would be a bit smarter than that but oh well what ever...

There learning. I like this weeks filler I wish I could say the same about small villes stupid filler episodes. Although it is still one of those episodes I needed more from it and yeah great to know they put Roy Harper in and glad to see they can still at least cast the right people for roles still.

@Gamma022 it may have been cold, but why would they have left him in a place that they knew Oliver would find him, as far as he knew it was a trick to find out were they were hiding

@xcan28 Red Arrow is Speedy's name after he grows up, kinda like Robin switching to Nightwing

I have a feeling Diggle's brother is still alive and when he gets back he finds Diggle dating his wife. Would sound like an interesting episode.

I liked the episode, but i think it had too many plot lines to be really good. It kinda faltered by trying to balance Oliver/Mckenna, Diggle/Carly , Thea/Roy and that flashback. i don't think we NEEDED that flashback.
Also, NOT ENOUGH ROY HARPER. I expected that after the sob story he gave, we find out he's a douche, but they didn't do that. Also, why didn't the cops confiscate the purse when they made the arrest?

i loved how they introduced speedy but GetsugaTensho22 ,he wasnt arrested.he was a suspect and brought in for questioning.i think this show is great and also all the chicks are smokin hot!its awesome that they brought in Crixus(Manu Bennet) too,hes a good actor.

Good show, enjoyed every episode so far. Arrow keeps raising the bar, even the fillers are pretty good.

They could have made dodger a more interesting, and difficult to defeat enemy. But I really love Smoak's idea. First telling Oliver he should date, then telling him how making a pass at the girl is great way to bug a phone. I mean she may not be completely on board, but she seems well tuned to Oliver's open honest approach to relationships.

Very interesting character, especially in a dress.
