Green Lantern is the perfect example of what I hate about these designs. Way to busy, clunky and over done. It's like they're afraid to just let their look be simple, and iconic. They don't all need to look like IRON MAN.

One thing I've always wondered though about Lex's armor is how does he fit in there? His feet would be were that thing's knees are.

I think DC wants the heroes to look different so they can distance themself's from netherealm studios & the violence of Mortal Kombat. I know it sounds stupid cause its a fighting game but look at the Villains....there really isn't much change in their uniforms but all of the heroes look so different from their comicbook looks (except Green Lantern) but Marvel has Street Fighter & DC wouldn't fit in with anyone else besides MK & Tekken & Capcom beat them to that!

Black Adam is the only terrible design here.

With that being said, why do almost all of the men have pointy heads? Is that just their hair? If so, why do they all have fohawks??

Cyborg, Nightwing and Green Lantern are all fans of the guido hair style I see.

These concepts kind of look better than most of what the game had to offer. I'd say my biggest satisfaction with the designs of the game were both of Flash's suits and Cyborg's.

Everyone else, besides WW and Green Arrow were trash. Didn't like Bats at all, nor Supes. Raven was decent, and Ares looked cool. But there are just some characters that do not need all that wannabe flashy armor.

This, IMO, was the best Flash design ever, and by far the superior design in the game.

Flash is the one character that should have a tight fitting under-armor/compression material for his suit. This big clunky boots and chestplate stuff is ridiculous. His suit should be a spiderman suit painted for Flash with his jaw showing. I love Jim Lee's stuff, but I don't agree with the armored look applying to everyone in hte new 52. Now everyone is armor crazy! How is Grayson ever gonna do anything remotely acrobatic wearing clunky heavy armor???

Most of these concepts are terrible. Arrow's are okay because they still incorporate the classic Robin Hood styling cues, and it does remind me of the Assassins Creed designs that are awesome. The rest are pretty bad. Cyborg looks just like the cyborg Jax from the old Mortal Combat games mixed with Kaino. Luther looks like he's wearing that goofy Igor IM suit.

I have no idea if this game is any fun to play because fighting games aren't my cup of tea, but I really can't stomach these designs. Some of the "bonus" skins they have teased look alright beause they are based on already existing non-armor costumes. Maybe I'm biased because I prefer the designs in the comics which probably don't translate to an animated 3D video game very well.

The overdone,too much detail,armored out looks are terrible.
Also,despite what some think..simple,clean designs on costumes do work in real life & film.

Spider-Man & Superman movies do have added texture to suits but don't have all the added crap these designs have.
Keep it simple & iconic.

some of these drawings have weird bumps on the top of their heads. a lot of overthought designs.

the strongest one is definitely Raven. soooo much better than the game. she looks like a 50 year old in the game

They should be banned from ever drawing Superman's suit. How far forward do they keep planning on moving Supes cape? Until they get down to his waist? It looks ridiculous. The others look good though. Especially Flash.
