I'd see it, but I'd rather not see another TF film for a while (unless it's a WFC-style preboot). DOTM ended the trilogy well.

they said no Bay for the fourth movie dammit!!
how difficult is to get another (better) director?

No, just no. They destroyed off a lot of the major characters in Dark of the Moon, just reboot it.

No please no, I love the Transformers movie even with it's problems but just stop please. I just hate the idea of a fourth movie after a trilogy when they ended it well.

Pirates tried this and the fourth movie was NOT good.

The only option is if they take a break for a few years so that we actually miss the franchise then go all out with a unicron and every other bad guy trilogy.

I just hate the idea of " This is the epic Transformers Trilogy......oh and that fourth movie nobody cares about"

Its no surprise money rule everything...but it does matter to me. I welcome it as @Destroyer14 said a reboot would be nice. or just continuing the story. But too many main characters has die making that a bit difficult. I will love to see what they come up with.

@Gigacrusher ... really? you where satisfied with that awful trilogy? please REBOOT it! start from scratch! a better director, better actors, better script, better story and if possible better CGI. the CGI was AWESOME, but everything else requires a new start, if possible new models for the Transformers, they looked kinda weird.

didn't we read weeks back they were going to drop one of these two idiots?
And of course it's going through if Hasbro can make toys. Remember Batman&Robin.
The idea that this film will be made(as we've known since the sequel was announced) because of a toy companies interest tells me to continue to skip them.

damn it...can't find another director other than Michael Bay? Just like that last two movies, he will make the 4th movie too damn long, have useless/plotless jokes, and have an female character that has no business being there except for sex appeal for the audience

Let Spielberg direct it this time...that way we may actually get some decent story and character development rather than large explosions...

YES! Bring on Unicron! Bring back Megatron as Galvatron! Hell, I'm sure Unicron could resurrect Starscream, Soundwave and Shockwave as well and appoint them his Heralds/Warriors or something :D

Oh man I just knew they didn't wanna end it at Dark of the Moon, there's still so many Transformers to introduce!
How bad-ass would a battle between Trypticon and Metroplex on the big screen be? :D

Transformers: Dark Of The Moon-

Domestic box office: $352,390,543

International box office: $766,850,500

Worldwide: $1,119,241,043

Hell yeah Hasbro wants a fourth. And yes, they will some how talk Bay into doing it.
StrangerX
StrangerX - 10/17/2011, 9:18 AM
Yea yea,, sure. With no Bay it will be less action and more story, but the action is really what makes these movies for me.

I would like to see a second trilogy with Unicron being the main bad guy. it would be very easy to carry on with new human characters, as they could introduce Sam and Carly's son Daniel form the G1 series with a brief cameo from Shia. plot could could enclude all the destroyed bots are thrown into space where Unicron finds them and rebuilds them, similar to the G! series movie and thus introduce Galvatron. the focus of the trilogy would be fighting Unicron with the end being the unification of the transformers back on a rebuilt cybertron/primus

blue18 - 10/17/2011, 9:26 AM
I'd be totally up for it if they want to do another one, but they will have to find a suitable story and maybe some new characters. i'm not going to lie - I absolutely love the "Transformers" movies, but Hasbro's ideas for making their other merchandise into movies also just seem really dumb and pointless. But then again, if they can get a good script and a good cast together, then why not?
Butters
Butters - 10/17/2011, 10:04 AM
Not sure if I'd welcome another sequal? But a film set before the trilogy would be okay? It'll be nice to see cybertron during the war, and see how it all started, they could even do a prequal trilogy and tell the story of how the decepticons came about properly, instead of a 10min clip in TF2 lol

peter jackson is the only other director that can do transformers justice. i think bay can make more good transformers movies they just have to get good writers and a better cast.
