VIDEO GAMES: First Teaser Trailer For THE WALKING DEAD Video Game

The Walking Dead's season finale is less than a week away, but to cope with the show going away for a while Telltale games has released the new trailer for a video game that will be based on a different set of survivors.

IGN has gotten the exclusive first look at Telltale's The Walking Dead video game. The game will be based on a new set of survivors and will not follow any stories from the AMC television show. The main character will be Lee who is let go by the police after the Zombie Apocalypse starts. On his journey Lee find Clementine who will serve as Lee's moral compass. Check the trailer out below that sets up Clementine's story.



The unfortunate thing about the trailer is it does not offer up any game play footage. Game play footage will be revealed on Monday March 19th so make sure you check back here at CBM to see the latest on The Walking Dead video game.

You wanna know the reason there is no gameplay? Its simple. This is a Telltale game and thus it will be either a point and click game (like BTTF) or a QTE fest (like Jurassic Park), and neither are good for a game about zombies.

Watched their webisode @ thewalkingdeadgame.com and I'm worried that their attempt at trying something new may shoot them in the foot. I'll wait for an IGN score before I try it.

Yea, this is Telltale...so it'll be all quick-time events. I'll be buying it, but I know alot of people won't be...
