Arnold Schwarzenegger Confirms His Involvement With TERMINATOR 5
After Justin Lin dropped out of the next Terminator movie, a lot of people were questioning whether or not Arnold Schwarzenegger would still be on board for another go at the franchise. Now, the Austrian Oak has confirmed his involvement with the next film.
No official quotes have been pulled yet, but the folks over at Bleeding Cool are reporting that Arnold Schwarzenegger WILL indeed be a part of the upcoming Terminator movie. They confirmed the information while attending the press junket for The Last Stand. Schwarzenegger has been apprehensive about doing another film for the franchise, but warmed up to the idea when ever Justin Lin was developing it. However, when Lin left the project more doubt on Schwarzenegger's involvement was cast, leaving people to believe he may not return to the film. Schwarzenegger confirmed the movie on his upcoming list of projects including another Conan movie, as well as a Twins sequel.
The news comes hot off the heels of the film finding a new writers for the movie in the form of Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier. With the script not done, it is hard to tell how big of a role Arnold will actually play in the film. For the latest on the film, make sure to check back here at CBM.
