A sizzle reel of Green Lantern: The Animated Series was shown yesterday at DC Nation's San Diego Comic-Con panel, and it is reported that the footage features Green Lanterns Ch'p and Tomar-Re, confirming that the characters will make an appearance later in the series. Well, now the video has been released online (thanks to the Superhero Shows blog for the heads-up), and you can check it out for yourself right below. The footage features a conversation between Hal Jordan and Guy Gardner (voiced by Diedrich Bader), a humorous clip between Hal Jordan and Ch'p, an action packed scene that showcases a battle between Green Lanterns Hal Jordan, Tomar-Re, and Kilowog against an army of Manhunters, and also the first appearance of the villain Anti-Monitor.

What do you think of this? As usual, share your opinions on the space provided below. Green Lantern: The Animated Series is scheduled to return this September.

Green Lantern: The Animated Series is an American computer-animated television series based on the DC Comics superhero Green Lantern. @blackandyellow are there any others? Haha

Not a huge fan of the animation style and I'm not really liking how Ch'p looks. He looks like one of the chipmunks from Alvin and te chipmunks. But I'm liking tomar re and Guy Gardner

I hope they go more high concept sci-fi because that is the biggest pull Green Lantern has its what got me excited for the movie and then it disappointed me by staying on earth with pointless characters and plot holes i watch this show with my son and he likes it but i wish there was more for me as an adult cause lets face it little kids don't read comic us parents do.

Yeah Ch'p looks more bugs bunny but What you men and women have to remember in the end kids are the target audience.
I'm just happy that I'm Living in a time were CBM and CBTV are coming out every year not every 5 to 10 years.
Think about it for the next 6 years straight there will be a movie, video game and TV show that will feature a comic book characters.

I think Bader has Guy Gardner down pat--it'd even be funnier if they got Patrick Warburton.

Now my question:
-WHO is voicing the Anti-Monitor (who looks more robotic, I must say), Tomar-Re, and Ch'p (if he has a voice at all)?

I hope the stories for the second season of GL are as good as the first was. I'm still not a fan of the animation style, but the stories were good enough to make it watchable.

Glad to see Guy Gardner showing up. Hilarity will ensue.

Looking forward to this one. The Ch'p footage made my day. Only thing is, he's not wearing his bow tie. Bow ties are cool.
