James Gunn Teases Sakaaran Soldiers In New GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY Image

Director James Gunn has Tweeted out yet another behind the scenes image from Guardians of the Galaxy, this time putting the spotlight on some Sakarran soldiers (originally introduced within the pages of Planet Hulk) and their "Necrocraft". Hit the jump to check it out!

Despite the fact that Marvel and Mark Ruffalo are continuously denying plans for a Planet Hulk movie, the Sakaaran soldiers being included in the movie could indicate that those recent spoilers for the future of the Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe could be spot on. We'll just have to wait and see. Either way, it's clear from behind the scenes shots like this that James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy is going to greatly expand the Marvel movies! What do you guys think?

I hope Peter wears his helmet in this film. Even if he doesn't, just give me an easter egg of the thing. Maybe a scene where he is rummaging through stuff in his room and comes across his helmet. That'd be awesome if they did that.

So they are already laying the ground work for Sakaar. Obviously making them more advanced. Quick thought, we have no idea where Red Skull ended up. What if he ended up on Sakaar and became king. They are doing something like that in Hulk agents of smash, with the leader becoming king. Just a thought. It's almost here.

They most likely won't give us Planet Hulk until after after Phase 3 or somewhere in-between that time. They're developing the Sakaar which is good. If they don't see the profit in a Planet Hulk movie then they're idiots.
